A very nice-looking young woman jogged past me, smiled, and said "hello" … I waited for her to be far enough away so as not to be recognizable … so, no need for a model release, BUT JUST FAR ENOUGH TO HAVE HER LOCATED WHERE THE UPPER HORIZONTAL THIRD AND LEFT VERTICAL THIRD INTERSECT.
