When you look at these questions (and there are more of them at the link, what is immediately striking is that INDEPENDENTS do not support Donald Trump's policies, with only a couple exceptions.

Trumpsters claim that "the people" widely support Trump. The truth is "the Republicans" and "the conservatives" support Trump. And they do support him in large numbers. Bu these groups are a minority of the country. Independents, who presumably are the people looking most objectively at it, do not support Donald Trump policies (with a couple of exceptions) .

Trump popularity is as fake as he is. If you remove right wingers, what is left is a distinct minority.

Well you can’t remove right wingers or GOP voters.  It would be like removing liberal and democrat voters from Obama’s similar polls.

Well, polls about people what people think are notoriously unreliable. What's really important is how they will vote. What do Americans think of the Democrat's policies, or the lack thereof?

Trumpsters claim that "the people" widely support Trump.

You have to understand that in Trump's mind the only people that count is FoxNews, and THEY SAY that people widely support him.

There are 22 questions polled at the Washington Post article. On only 3 of them does Trump get 50% or more support from independents.

America has changed.  Too much of the electorate does not participate, probably for good reason, seeing as how too many of them couldn't even name their own congressperson.

Supply Side and Citizens United has 'muted' the voice of the electorate anyway.  Here in Ohio it is estimated that 600,000 voters have been removed from the voter rolls.

Does not matter anymore.  The congress forced Hillary to testify under oath for hours.

Trump?  Don't even know if he ever paid taxes.  And apparently, he is immune from answering anything under oath.  He's a lucky guy.  Or is he?

The most important thing is this.  Approximately a third of the country has no problem with separating parents from their children.  This is very telling.  If one wonders about the direction of America, this pretty much answers that.

In Maryland, at least 40,000 voters  were possibly disenfranchised when they changed their address or party affiliation through MVA kiosks and it was supposed to update in their system and did not.

Hmmm, I wonder how many of them changed their affiliation possibly from republican to democrat?

Which had absolutely nothing to do with what I posted, as usual.
