Although I always provide a credit for a photo I post, it isn't always available, so in that regard I do take a chance. If only members of a group can see the posted photos then it would not matter much, but that may only apply to private groups. I took a chance on a new article I just posted on the Creative Arts group where in a comment I posted a number of photos that were sent to me in an email with no credits attached to the photos. Should I delete them?
Your fawn and bird photos would surely qualify to win you prizes in the Nature Photography contest that is the subject of that article.
It does look that way, but I think it's just the fact that it is so tall that the iPhone lens distorts the image. I've noticed that pictures of tall buildings always come out angled. Sometimes I can correct it with a photo editor, but not in this case.
I get that effect whenever taking photos of tall buildings or trees, etc. Those on both the right and the left appear to be tipping towards the centre, even though the camera is level.
Distortions occur with certain lenses, if/when they are not parallel to the ground when the shutter is released. Wider angle lenses tend to be more susceptible to distortions … and some editing software offer distortion correction … and, depending on the extent of the distortion, the software may crop the image.
I used the word "level" but I meant the camera is parallel to the ground when the shutter is released - the distortion can occur with longer length zoom as well as wide-angle, and the lens is a Leica lens so quality doesn't make a difference.
All welcome to the discussion.
Wonderful image superlative presentation!
Thank you for sharing that.
Guess there's only two of us interested in civility.
Too bad.

was enjoying your rant the other day
what was it again ?
No, I is here too.
very nice
Very, very nice, both pictures.
This is the Ferris wheel at National Harbor in MD at night, from a water taxi.
I really like colourful night shots like yours - China proliferates opportunities for them.
I like Ferris wheels, this one is one I always look for when seeing London.
Did you take that photo of The "Eye"?
No, I didn't, I found it on the web. (hangs head)
If you can find the photo credit it would be helpful to note it.
I think I got it from here,

Gotta love optical illusions

Great images all.
Thanks for sharing them.
Shout out to Kathleen Butterfie's daughter.
Enoch.
Posted a new photo atop the article … I don't think I posted it before, but, if I did, let me know and I'll replace it.
I don't recall seeing it before - and am happy to see it now.
Love the siblings.
OK so this is not great photography, but a cake I made last week for a Bachelorette party. The dude on the cake is a Bolliwood star.
Way cool!!!! That is some very good decorating! And love the quote that goes with it. (hee hee)
LOL. He looks more like a Chasid with the round furry hat some of them wear.
Shame on you for knowing that.
