Donald Trump appears bored or indifferent toward his allies Macron and Merkel, the thrill of being seen in the presence of the leaders of Europe's traditional powers holds no more allure for Trump. (Actually it never did). But let the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin appear on the scene and Trump's eyes light up like a puppy after his owner returns from a month vacation.
Meanwhile, Melania appears to be making sure that Putin's fly is zipped.
How is it so easy to catch these people with incongruent looks on their faces?
Word is Putin and Trump had a warm reunion, exchanging pats on the back , as the other European leaders looked on, presumably nauseated.

Putin saved his warmest greeting for Trump as he met world leaders in Paris
JAKE KANTER NOVEMBER 11, 2018US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin have met for the first time since the Helsinki summit in July.
The pair are in Paris, France, to mark 100 years since the armistice that ended World War I. They observed a commemoration ceremony alongside other world leaders at the Arc de Triomphe.

Putin arrived later than Trump, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, greeting all three leaders consecutively.
While Putin's handshakes with Macron and Merkel were brief, he and Trump engaged in mutual arm and back patting. He also flashed Trump a thumbs up, which is something of a signature move of the US president during photo-ops.

It is their first meeting since the Helsinki summit , where the pair held closed-door talks and a joint press conference.
During that press conference, Trump said he saw no reason to believe Russia had interfered in the 2016 US election , but was later forced to walk back the remarks .
First lady Melania Trump greeted Putin, as well. ReutersOthers noted that Trump smiled warmly at Putin, while Macron and Merkel greeted the Russian president with a more stony expression.
Elsewhere during the Armistice Day event on Sunday, Macron rebuked nationalism in what could be read as a direct attack on Trump's "America First" agenda. The French president said :
"Nationalism is a betrayal of patriotism. By saying our interests first, who cares about the others, we erase what a nation holds dearest, what gives it life, what makes it great and what is essential: its moral values.
"I know there are old demons which are coming back to the surface. They are ready to wreak chaos and death... History sometimes threatens to take its sinister course once again."
Oh, come on, John. Don't damage your credibility with nasty comments about Melania - she probably had blinked when the photo was taken, and besides I'll bet she's quite a bit taller than Putin. Who's your next target, Baron? Trump deserves criticism but hey, try not to spin out of control or nobody's going to take you seriously.
Merkel and Macron were probably stone-faced because they have big problems in their own countries. Germans are beginning to feel like THEY'RE the strangers in their own country and Merkel is getting the hell out herself before she's tarred and feathered and run out on a rail. Macron is a whole other story because even if the open door policy doesn't change France into a whole other kind of society, the differing demographic birth rate and those fleeing the country for safety will.

Macron is full of it. France has no value other than self interest. It was American nationalism and collective effort that caused the United States to come to the aid and liberation of his pathetic nation's sad history of cowardice, appeasement, and collaboration.
At least the Name is fitting, go for IT!
