"President Roosevelt clearly had the right to send to the United States Senate and the United States Congress a proposal to pack the Court," Biden said during the hearing. "It was totally within his right to do that—he violated no law, he was legalistically absolutely correct."
"But it was a bonehead idea. It was a terrible, terrible mistake to make, and it put in question, for an entire decade, the independence of the most significant body—including the Congress in my view—the most significant body in this country, the Supreme Court of the United States of America."

Those "Green Loons' want the "Rule of law" to become another part of the house of Representatives. Not a "Court of LAW"....but just another "Feel Good" debating arm of "Congress" !
President Roosevelt wanted to pack the courts to receive favorable rulings on what the Courts had already ruled unconstitutional.
The current Dem hopefuls want to make certain that the ideology of the court is as liberal and partisan as possible so that any idea they come up with will flow through the courts with ease if challenged.
Changing the ideology of the Supreme Court - making it overly partisan - would render any rulings meaningless.
We the people, to be fairly represented, require a non-biased Supreme Court. Anyone who says otherwise is simply seeking complete control and power.
That's all it's been about since 2016 for the "Left".
