Trump hits polling on Fox News: 'Something weird going on at Fox'

President Trump on Monday dismissed a new poll from Fox News that showed him losing to multiple 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, saying "something weird" is happening at the network favored by conservatives.
Fox News on Sunday released a poll that showed Trump trailing five Democratic presidential contenders in hypothetical 2020 match-ups.
A Quinnipiac University survey released last week also showed Trump trailing a number of Democratic contenders, including Biden by 13 points.
Trump has repeatedly downplayed recent polling of his 2020 election prospects in the last week. The president tweeted earlier Monday that "only fake polls" showed him behind 2020 Democrats, referring to them as a "Motley Crew."
The new comments from Trump came just a day after news surfaced that his campaign had cut ties with some of its pollsters following a leak of internal surveys that showed Trump trailing Biden in multiple key states.

Trump is known to have a cordial relationship with many Fox News personalities and has appeared on the network more than any other. But he has increasingly criticized it over its campaign coverage, particularly when it chooses to cover 2020 Democrats.
He's right of course. A good news organization should only cover the Dems when the story is favourable to Trump (and if a story isn't favourable to him, they shouldn't report it).
It is said that in 2016 Trump didnt have the money to conduct internal polling, so he had no private pollster for that election ( I find that hard to believe but that is what I have heard) so now , this time he is shocked when private polling showed him losing badly across many states he needs to win in order to be re-elected.
It has freaked him out. He's probably in for a long next year and a half.
Maybe the Walmart shoppers, who probably make up a fair share of his constituency, have been getting pissed about having to pay more money for their purchases.
Its only going to get worse too....!
I'm working for a global company, and I've got machinery to buy, and products we make for the telecommunication industry to supply with world with. Both have some of their sourcing in China. Because of these stupid tarrif threats, we can't grow the capacity any of our plants, nor determine where product should be made in the US, Europe, Latin America, or China. In short, our business model is on hold until this thing settles down. The entire multi-billion-dollar telecom business is waiting to see what happens.
