When the ego is overinflated and there is no super ego the overinflated ego is easily damaged resulting in a rage response. It is a control freak thing. In their mind they are superior to all others and should be looked up to. Often these people will consider themselves to be intellectuals with superior intelligence to all others even when there is no truth backing it up. Deep down they are very insecure and that is why their ego is so easily damaged. They live their life behind a false mask hiding their real feelings because of the pain associated with their real feelings of being a failure.
I think the cross under her skin is interesting. Kind of like having a necklace and putting a body on it. Wonder if they did that when they did the boob job?
I see two people. One in a wheel chair and looks to be someone who has seen more than their shareof suffering. Being in the medical profession, I have met folks of similar size and shape; not an easy life at all. Seemingly though, in good humor here, costuming with a friend, raising some awareness in something they believe in. The other has a rather serious surgical implant on her chest. This speaks to her personality though I don't have clue how exactly to interpret that. She as well appears to be in good humor here, and has decided to be portrayed as a slave to her smaller friend. Weird to me, but whatever. Would it be possible to have an intellectual discussion concerning this photo? Sure. Is that likely? Sadly, no. ...and... As to how it has been used here on NTer's? Mostly it has been used for shock value, to disrupt, sometimes to make some sorta statement of one kind or another. Nearly always, idiotically, imho.
I really have a recipe for gumbo, if you want it... But first, make sure you can get Gumbo File... (The "e" in File has an accent over it, so it's pronounced Feelay, here.) It's hard to find in Louisville. You also need fresh okra.

He did it to disrupt , prank and spam one of Bob's threads. The photo could have been anything "shocking" and irrelevant, BF just happens to be attracted to freaks.
I think it is less than worthless. I think it is intended to destroy conversation.
