Trump's trade numbers are in - Worse than it was at any point during Obama presidency | VozWire
A new report from the Department of Commerce paints an ugly picture of Pres. Donald Trump's trade wars. The monthly U.S. trade deficit in goods hit a record high in August as told by Politico Tuesday: The trade deficit was $67.1 billion, showing a surplus in services trade, which is the it's been since 2006. …

Back in reality, our trade deficit is worse than ever!

We just suffered our worst trade deficit since 2006!

Yet this administration is making record payments to farmers to buy their votes because of how badly they screwed up the export markets for farmers.

The trade war (s) is not turning out as hoped. If the cost of the tariffs is added in, estimated at $57 billion annually and the additional cost of bailing out US farmers to the tune of $32 billion in 2020 is unsustainable. It makes the trade war look even worse.

Every thing Trump attempts to manage, dies.

The burgeoning trade deficit is just another aspect of the complete disaster that is the Trump administration.

This from the posted seed:

An analysis done by the  American Action Forum  and published in September told Trump’s tariffs could increase nationwide consumer costs by nearly $57 billion annually. That is a problem especially today as people struggle more than ever before.

"COULD increase"?  Either DID or WILL increase would be more like it.

How many times have I said that on NT, and others have as well?

They showed interviews here with Michigan farmers, and of course Trump has bought their support and votes.
