Who cares about Canada?
The membership of NT is made up almost exclusively by Americans, and I don't mean "North" Americans, I mean persons who identify themselves as being of the USA. There is a very small number who are from different countries, and I am not figuring in those of you who create some exotic location for yourselves notwithstanding your real residence.
Among those who are not Americans there is a "tiny sliver" (an expression I learned from Randy when he described the number of Muslims who are terrorists) of Canadian members of NT, - one or two of whom have not bothered to join the Canada group. Articles about or relevant to or concerning Canada are posted on the group yet almost nobody bothers to comment on them, nor do many bother to even look at them.
If there is anyone among you who has an interest in Canada then please join the group and become active - at least comment on the articles that are posted, if not posting articles.
The group is an endangered species. Please treat it as you would anything that is worthwhile that is endangered of disappearing.

Canada, the true north strong and free.
I lived in Toronto from 1958 until 2006 - probably your parents were there during those times. Why don't you join the group?
Two of the photos are of Quebec City, one showing a street there at night and another is a picture of the Chateau Frontenac. Why cross the ocean when you can get a little bit of France just north of where you live?
There are no badfish in Canada. You'll have to change your name to ''Goodfish''..
If he were in China it could be "Goldfish".
It just took 3 hours to knock this article off the Front Page. Guess I'm right. Almost nobody gives a shit about Canada.
Well I care about Canada. They are neighbors, great friends, and allies. Along with the UK, Australia, and New Zealand what better friends does America have in the world. Israel would be in the next tier of friends..
If you feel that way about Canada, Brian, then please join the group to keep it viable.
Hockey Night in Canada - A Saturday night tradition. Foster Hewitt calling out - "He shoots, he scores!!!"
Who cares about Canada?
I dunno.
What is a "Canada" anyway-- ain't never heard of it!
Take off to the great white north!
Love Canada!
I don't simply because I was booted unceremoniously from your group Buzz . I was one of the most prolific commenters in that group . Oh well , actions have consequences ...
Petey, I apologize.
You forgot Lacrosse, MM....World Champions Canada.
I do, and I just joined it, Buzz!
Thank you, Neetu.
Remind me to tell you the story of playing hockey in Moose Jaw, the end of the rail line.
It was a ''hoot''..
Thanks for your support, John. I knew I could rely on you.
Wasn't Lacrosse invented in Canada? What makes me think that Lacrosse, and not hockey, is Canada's national sport?
I still can't get into your groups ... Perhaps it will take Perrie to get me reentered ?
I saw a stunning photo of the Banff Springs Hotel decades ago and I vowed to spend a long weekend there someday. I expect to go there next year. Absolutely gorgeous.
Try again now, Petey.
Ah ... that's better . See you in the group .
Lacrosse IS Canada's national sport.
Hoser.
I was never there, but I should have taken advantage of it before I came here.
I had a neighbour/friend who took a course at the Banff Arts Centre summer program - wish I had done that too.
.
Before you delve back into the archives of the group to learn more about Canada, prepare yourself for understanding Canada/Canadians by checking out this article:
Lacrosse was invented by American Indians and Canadian First Nations people. To us it is known as the ''Creators Game''...
The Iroquois National are rated as one of the top three Lacrosse teams in the world, along with the US and Canada.
Hockey is Canada's Winter National Sport, and Lacrosse is Canada's Summer National Sport.
Hoser....LOLOL.
Don't mess with the Canadian Special Forces
I love Canada! Hope I can visit, some day!
I may not be much of a hockey fan, but I am certainly a fan of Canada's representative in this year's Miss Universe contest.
That's hilarious.
L.A. woke up to hockey when The Great One arrived.
ROTFL, good one Mike.
