Nikki Haley says President Biden and Vice President Harris should step down for 'the good of our country' | Fox News
Former U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley called on President Biden and Vice President Harris to step down amidst the growing tensions surrounding Ukraine.

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

In media news today, MSNBC's Chris Hayes gets roasted for questioning people who oppose COVID restrictions, The New York Times' Nikole Hannah-Jones deletes a tweet defending vaccine passports, and a CNN political analyst echoes Biden's statements comparing Republicans to segregationists.

Former U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley suggested that President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris should step down from their positions over their handling of foreign policy.

Speaking on "The Guy Benson Show," Haley condemned Biden's comments from his press conference last week, where he implied there may be no action should there be a "minor incursion" by Russia at the Ukrainian border.

"It's absolutely cringeworthy listening to Biden's press conference because literally you never show your cards especially when you don't have any. And that's literally what he did," Haley told radio host and Fox News contributor Guy Benson.

After elaborating on foreign policy regarding Russia, Haley insisted that "if Biden loved our country," he and Harris would resign.

"Honestly, for the good of our country, if Biden loved our country, he would step down and take Kamala with him. Because the foreign policy situation is beyond dangerous at this point. And, you know, when you don't have a strong America, you don't have a safe world. And that's what's getting ready to happen. My only hope and prayer is that they get it together and realize that this isn't about America. This isn't about NATO. This is about all of us. This is about safety. This is about strength. This is about freedom winning," Haley said.

Benson asked Haley to clarify her comments in which Haley emphasized Biden's failures on foreign policy.

"Look at the situation. We are in a dangerous situation. He destroyed Afghanistan. He's put us in a situation with Russia. He has no plan for Taiwan, and you're sending our athletes over to Beijing for the Olympics, and you've said nothing about how you're going to protect them when they're over there. They've literally been threatened and told that if they say anything against the government they will be punished. Where's the protection for Americans? Literally, he has failed on every level," Haley said.

She also listed domestic failures as another reason for Biden to step down.

"And then you look domestically. You look at the fact that crime is hitting our streets. You look at the fact that we've got an entire COVID generation that we're going to be lucky if they graduate from high school at this point if we keep these schools closed and keep taking on these teachers' unions. You've got a border where you allow 200,000 illegal immigrants to cross last month alone," she added.

Haley concluded her thoughts by saying the Biden administration has "been a catastrophe on every level."

Like most Republicans with ambition,  this pos has sold her soul to the devil.

I dont recall her demanding that the previous president step down,  so her opinion is less than worthless.

That is akin to saying your opinion is worthless because you haven't demanded a Democratic President to step down.

So?

And what are these people doing right now as pertains to Biden?
 Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand
 Sen. Jeff Merkley
 Sen. Ron Wyden
 Sen. Cory Booker
 Sen Mazie Hirono
 Sen. Bernie Sanders

After all, all of these fine people asked for President Trump to resign back in 2017.  Were their opinions less than worthless also?  Or was it just that everybody has the right to make their own opinion known?  Unlike some other countries around the world, here in the USA we don't imprison people for making their opinions known.

Well unlike the present PotUS, the former one didn't have near the fuck ups this one has and will have going forward. His biggest fuck up MAY have been not enough urgency when Covid hit. Other than that, he did some pretty damned good things that, besides you having your fingers in your ears, eyes closed saying LALALALALA 24/7/365, you would know had the press not done the hit job they did, as well as the Democrats constantly, while he was in office.

P.S. Haley runs, she gets my vote. I've said that since at LEAST the last election. Hell, I wanted Trump to name her as VP.

Your link didn't really praise trmp and his accomplishments. As a matter of fact, NPR mocked him for saying he signed more legislation his predecessors (NPR rated that as false).

Ok...looking at the list I see mostly appropriation bills which is to keep the gov't running for the most part, disaster relief (good for him), quite a few repealing rules and regulations bills (that's not accomplishing anything), and naming things? Who cares?

As far as his tax legislation...that did diddly squat for me. It gave the fat cats more but it really was a big fuck you to the middle class. Seventy dollars more a month doesn't even buy a carton of smokes

Well, maybe the Democrats will manage to pass that massive tax break for the wealthy, and maybe you can qualify for it. It would probably amount to much more. Just make sure you move to a state with sky-high taxes!

P.S. That would undoubtedly be a blue state, so bonus for ya!

She kinda sounds like a lady getting ready to run for president. She also sounds a little hysterical. I mean, go ahead and criticize Biden. There is plenty of legitimate grounds for doing so. But, he doesn’t love America? He’s failed on every level? It’s a catastrophe?

Don’t get me wrong, I kinda like Nikki sometimes. I think she was a pretty good UN ambassador. But I just think if I wanted to be taken seriously, I wouldn’t make the Biden administration out to be 100% the worst thing ever in every possible way. That sounds like blind, uncritical partisanship, and those of us who try to be thoughtful about these things tend to dismiss talk like that.
