A Federal Judge ruled that the CDC cannot move forward with a plan to discontinue pandemic-related emergency rules, AKA Title 42, which allow U.S. border agents to rapidly expel migrants to Mexico or their home countries on public health grounds. The ruling is a victory for more than 20 states led by Republican attorneys general who filed the lawsuit challenging the CDC's decision to terminate Title 42. The ruling may have saved Joe Biden from himself. That being said, Biden's DOJ is expected to appeal the ruling. Obviously, they want the border open.
Sussman trial bombshell: Attorneys on both sides were flabbergasted today when Former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified that then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton absolutely did approve the dissemination of materials alleging collusion between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank to the media, despite campaign officials doubting the legitimacy of the data. Ah, there was a time when Clinton operatives would risk jail time to protect the Clintons. How times have changed. Durham came in to this trial with a very wide open prosecution of Sussman that could have gone in many directions. U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper took great pains to narrow it. Ironically, Mook was called as a defense witness.
Another lost Summer : This was to be the summer when the American people could finally get back to summer vacations after 2 years of pandemic restrictions. Gas prices continue to surge and today reached a national average record high of $4.59 per gallon. In front of a congressional committee Interior Secretary Haaland refused to admit that gas prices were at a record high. Fear not, das leader reminds us that there is public transportation and electric cars.
The Buffalo Shooting: If you listen to msm or read the seeds on this site you know that there has been a technical hate crime committed. That's right: a hate crime committed by a white man vs minorities. The president went out to Buffalo to use the event politically.
Bad Apple : Believe it or not New York's redistricting scheme has backfired and the state pits democrat vs democrat. It's Nadler vs Maloney, Bill de Blasio is running for congress in a new district and due to the redistricting changes, Sean Patrick Maloney said he plans to run in the 17th congressional district which is currently represented by Mondaire Jones. Maloney finds himself being called a "racist!"
Arch Bishop bars Pelosi from Communion : Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone announced on Friday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi should not be admitted to Holy Communion in the Archdiocese of San Francisco, nor should she present herself to receive the Eucharist, until she publicly repudiates her support for abortion.
What have we learned?
First we have learned that the battleground state of Pennsylvania still hasn't recovered from the 2020 election. They are still counting ballots from Tuesday's primary election! They have Oz and McCormick separated by about 1,000 votes and they still haven't tallied the vote!
The most astounding thing we learned this week was that many progressives don't know that 51 former intelligence officials got together to call the Hunter Laptop story "Russian disinformation" during the 2020 election! I'm anxiously waiting for the upcoming vote on rules.
