Lately there has been discussion about the failings of the lethal injection method to apply the death penalty. At least one State intends to return to using the electric chair. Ohio has decided to use a more humane method, a return to the same principle as the guillotine - to decapitate the criminal by tearing off his head with a machine.

When we were discussing this on NT, I did suggest that the guillotine was a more humane, instant-death, pain-free method. If you don't believe me, just ask someone who has undergone it. I would have used a smiley here, but that would be cruel, and after all, capital punishment isn't cruel..........right?

OK, I borrowed the video and put it on Nv. Thanks for finding that. It's hilarious. I'm against the death penalty, but those in favor of it seem to be having a lot of fun with it.
