Birdo de Mayo
Every day is a day to celebrate the beauty of Nature.
I can set my calendar by this Catbird; he's returned to my back yard for years on or about May 1.
One of the "kittens". In bird body language this means "feed me!":

Another great series of photos, showing Mother Nature at her best.
You are so lucky to have a backyard set up for this type of photography. Great photos AMac.
Awesome as usual Mac. I think my fave is the little birdie saying "Feed me" So, the Catbird is a return tenant huh? That's so cool that it comes back at almost the exact time every year.
There are so few species of birds where I live, mostly very dull-coloured. Thanks for the superb reminders of North America and the beauties of nature.
What a great bunch of feathered friends.
It makes my Mayo!
Ditto, ditto - I am so jealous 'cause the brick, concrete wall surrounding my rental place looks - well, just looks gray.
I si!
Gracias.
