But is it real?

My problem with it is, the camera too conveniently left the doppelgangerish  friend.

Otherwise, very intriguing.

I should mention that starting in elementary school I have always been interested in Science. On a more advanced level my academic background began in Science but then I moved to Psychology. So I have been fascinated with how human consciousness works.... especially the Psychology of creativity, then later the psychology of perception        and finally alternative dimensions of consciousness.

I am currently in a year long program studying Parapsychology-- including developing intuition and psychic abilities, mediumship, etc. There are many different aspects to this...

I have yet to decide which of these two areas this women is involved with. Either she is a performing magician, involved in "Stage Magic"-- or a true psychic.(While there are many charlatans claiming to have psychic powers, the fact is that psychic phenomena are real-- I know because I have started to develop it myself-- although I still consider myself to be a beginner...)

Stage magicians are entertainers-- their goal is to do"magic"-- to entertain. And Most of them do this using various types of  trickery to fool the audience. But they can be quite entertaining...

OTOH she may be genuine-- if so she's very good. The two types of these powers she may have are: telekinesis (using the power of mind to effect physical objects) and possible mediumship (contact the spirits of a deceased person). I'm not sure if she is doing "stage magic" (trickery) or has actually  developed the two powers I mentioned (I'm ore skeptical about the latter).

I remember you telling me about this class.

How is it going? What kind of things have you covered? What do you think about it?

You've scared the hell out of all three of us . . .

That was the most unusual magic act I've ever seen in my life.

But it was very good.

Can you describe it?

Yes but it would probably take too much typing!

It should be mentioned that she is Indonesian. In fact this TV programme is not America' (or britain)has got talent-- but rather "Asia's GotnTalent). If you do a search for her, there are videos and articles-- most of them in Asian (& especially Indonesian) publicans. I don't know how Chinese censors feel about her-- my guess is that  they would ban this? (because it might tend to support an alternative belief system).

But try searching for using this query""Indonesian Magician Sacred Rianna")

Here's one interesting article I found in an Asian publication. It has links to two videos (YouTube) but also photos and a lot of text (in English):

that's a slur.

OK then-- so what's the politically correct term? "Heterosexually Challenged"?

BTW the cat adorers group is having a raging debate to determine if you are a cat and whether or not to allow you admittance.

Ah c'mon-- let's not forget the olde saying:

A little Pussy never hurt anyone!

I checked out about a dozen web sites about her but none have a video I can open.  However, I've now read enough about her to know what your article is all about.  There is a movie called "The Illusionist" that I have enjoyed watching, starring Ed Norton, and it well indicates such illusions and their effect upon audiences.

The Grudge boy,

in female form with a stern frown acting like she an all powerful witch, as she does weird magic, but not actually shivering in my britches here, but definitely Weird

I would call her a "Stage Magician" or a "performing Magician"-- as opposed to a serious psychic. Their goal is to perform, to entertain, the more dramatic the better.

My first impression was that she might have some physical disability-- if you believed in spirits you might conclude that she was possessed by spirits.   Plus clutching that doll definitely adds a degree of creepiness . . .

Even if she seemed "normal"her actual magic show would get people talking. But being so "weird" looking and acting-- and even scaring people-- would make her even more of a topic of conversation.

So since by profession she is a performer, I suspected that a lot of that may all be an act.

BTW, here's what she looks like "in real life":
