Tonight I’m doing a spatchcock chicken in a Greek marinade.
Morning drinks...for me usually Scotch fillet steak, snags and chook kebabs...
I go for prawns rather than yabbies..yabbies taste a bit to muddy for my liking..

Do you do your scotch fillet steaks with dry sherry, Dijon and soy?
Nope just chuck them straight on the Barbie preferably a wood fired one out in the bush...
Not fussed with marinades etc on the steak..I like to taste the actual meat..I am very much a carnivore..😁
