Democrats would rather have a vaccine hesitancy problem than a bi partisan shared effort solution.  So they instead resort to shrill name calling and police state solutions with expected results.  Way to go Brandon!

Jerome Adams reveals that Biden admin refused to work with Trump team to combat vaccine hesitancy

(Video: CNN)

During a vaccine-cheerleading CNN panel discussion that reacted to President Biden’s speech about the COVID-19 Omicron variant on Tuesday, the former U.S. surgeon general claimed that the Biden team has rejected overtures from Trump administration officials to help address jab hesitancy.

In a portion of the conversation that also praised Biden’s lamentation of vaccine misinformation, Dr. Jerome Adams revealed that unnamed members of the current administration have rebuffed Republicans who have offered to pitch in.

CNN anchor Ana Cabrera teed it up by accusing the Trump administration, without evidence, of encouraging a “conservative narrative” of a distrust of science and “lies.”

“Well, That’s a great question,” Dr. Adams responded, “and one of the things we need to do is find other people out there who can be representatives, who can be purveyors of positive information. I’ll just be honest with you: I’ve told the White House, many people from the last administration have said to the White House, we want to help you, and we’ve been told ‘we don’t want your help.’

“So they want to try to reach conservatives by only putting out their voices,” he added, while also indicating that he didn’t want to name names.

“I don’t want to get into that, but I will tell you, they don’t want to work with people who are on the other side of the aisle. That is a problem. That is something that they could be doing more of, is reaching out to more conservatives, to get positive messages out there. They could also be putting out more [public service announcements].

“So you saw me, Birx, Fauci, Redfield, on TV, on the internet, all the time when we were in the thick of the COVID pandemic. There’s more they could be doing to put out positive messages combatting that misinformation, and we’re all still wondering, where are all these PSAs that we could and should be seeing, talking about how vaccines don’t cause infertility, talking about how vaccines actually help mothers have a safe and healthy pregnancy. Talking about how you should still get vaccinated even if you’ve had COVID before. There’s more we could be doing to actually combat that misinformation in a productive way, instead of just pointing fingers,” he added.

It’s no particular secret that the far-left activists seem to be the prime decision-makers in the Biden administration. Or as Dr. Oz, the GOP Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, has said repeatedly, when you mix medicine and politics, you get politics.

The COVID vaccine was, of course, developed pursuant to President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed.

In his speech on Tuesday, Biden insisted, among other things, that it is a “patriotic duty” to get vaccinated.

All this is unfolding as many high-profile, triple-jabbed individuals, including Members of Congress and professional athletes, are testing positive for the virus.

During his roadshow with Bill O’Reilly during which he touted the life-saving success of the COVID vaccine,” former President Trump revealed that he got the booster shot , which prompted a “very tiny group” in the audience to boo.

In seemingly dismissing injection hesitancy from the crowd, he said “take credit for [the vaccine]…you’re playing right into their hands when you’re sort of like ‘oh the vaccine,” without defining who they are.

The booster shot “may be one of the few things [Trump] and I agree on,” Biden noted in his prepared remarks on Tuesday.

Like many GOP elected officials, or former officials in this case, Trump is pro-vaccine (and pro-therapeutics), but anti-mandate.

Mighty mental midget Democrat lemmings can't see they put the most incompetent human POS in the White House ever?

Biden and Harris were the original anti vaxxers. Neither were going to take the Trump vaccines, remember?

Harris continues to peddle anti-vax conspiracy theories and undermine the public's confidence in the coming coronavirus vaccine.

Despite overwhelming testimony from top public health officials that the coronavirus vaccine will be safe and effective, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are spreading fear , fueling anti-vax conspiracy theories, and actively trying to undermine the public's confidence in a vaccine.

When CNN asked Kamala Harris if she would take the vaccine once it's approved, she refused to answer : "Well, I think that's going to be an issue for all of us. I will say that I would not trust Donald Trump."

  • September 6, 2020 : Kamala Harris says "I think that's going to be an issue" when asked if she would get an approved coronavirus vaccine.

  • July 28, 2020 : Joe Biden suggests the coronavirus vaccine won't be "real" and may not be "safe."

  • August 6, 2020 : Biden says the vaccine is "not likely to go through all the tests that needs to be and the trials that are needed to be done."

  • September 3, 2020 : Biden asks "Who's going to take the shot? Are you going to be the first one to say sign me up?"

  • September 7, 2020 : Biden said he would take the coronavirus vaccine "only if we knew all of what went into it."

Comments like these, directly contradicting public health officials, have endangered Americans' public health by severely undermining the public's confidence in the coronavirus vaccine.

Why should anyone trust either of those assholes when they change their tunes? Of course they are still lying. The vaccines don't cure anything, hell they don't even prevent you from getting Covid. They might, repeat that might, lower the symptoms of Covid if you catch it. They also don't prevent any breakthrough cases from transmitting it. With each new strain of Covid the "vaccines" become less and less effective. Requiring the time between shots to become shorter and shorter.

If the Biden administration were really interested in ending Covid they would be looking at therapeutics. But all he cares about is jab, jab, jab, and enriching drug companies further. That and playing fascist dictator with un-Constitutional mandates.

Democrats scream follow the science. When they only really care about is power, and following the damn money.

Within 2 months this whole pandemic will be over.      Omicron is creating a panic on the left not because it is a lethal strain but because it is so mild and so widespread that it will give universal antibodies and cease to be the crisis they need to maintain their police state mentality around the world and here.

Its only recently that he's encouraged vaccines and boosters and he was jeered by his own supporters and we're supposedto believe now that this is all due to President Biden's lack of cooperation with him?

Typical projection, deflection and denial from the Turd Reich supporters

The bottom line here is that the Brandon regime would rather have the vaccine hesitancy driven by its own actions and then resort to police powers to coerce rather than have an amicable bi partisan solution to the issue.  They prefer the emergency and the power they think they can get from not letting a crisis get to waste

The real Shit-for-Brains was the criminal Trump regime.  Shit-for-Brains is the name by which Donald Trump will be known forever.

The Biden administration is accomplishing great success, whether ignorant Trumpists and reactionary extremist propagandists admit it or not.

This December 20, 2021 article from Bloomberg sets it forth clearly, as do numerous other commentators.

"Biden's Economic Performance Has Proved Unbeatable

No first-year president going back to Carter comes close to matching the current White House occupant’s No. 1 or No. 2 ranking in each of 10 key measures.

U.S. financial markets are outperforming the world by the biggest margin in the 21st century, and with good reason: America’s economy improved more in Joe Biden's first 12 months than any president during the past 50 years notwithstanding  the contrary media narrative  contributing to  dour public opinion .

Exceptional returns from dollar-denominated assets, especially the S&P 500 Index in both absolute terms and relative to its global counterparts, can be attributed to record-low debt ratios enabling companies to reap the  biggest profit margins since 1950 . Corporate America is booming because the Biden administration's Covid-19 vaccination programs and  $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan  reduced the  jobless rate to 4.2%  in November from 6.2% in February, continuing an  unprecedented rate of decline  during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Consider that real, or inflation adjusted, gross domestic product surged at an average annual rate of 5.03% in each of the first three quarters of 2021, and is poised to expand 5.6% for the year based on the average estimate of more than 80 economists surveyed Bloomberg. If that forecast proves accurate, it would be more than 2.8 times the average between 2000 and 2019 and double the average since 1976.

All of which makes Biden's first year in the White House the standout among the seven previous presidents, based on 10 market and economic indicators given equal weight. According to data compiled by Bloomberg, no one comes close to matching Biden's combination of No. 1 and No. 2 rankings for each of the measures:

  • Gross domestic product (1)
  • Profit growth (1)
  • S&P 500 performance (2)
  • Consumer credit (1)
  • Non-farm payrolls (2)
  • Manufacturing jobs (2)
  • Business productivity (2)
  • Dollar appreciation (2)
  • S&P 500 relative performance (2)

Per capita disposable income, which rose 1.08% this year, is the only comparable weakness for Biden, trailing Donald Trump’s 2.17%, George W. Bush’s 2.01%, Jimmy Carter’s 1.80% and Ronald Reagan’s 1.42%.

GDP growth in every incoming administration during the past four decades never exceeded 2.74% until 2021. Biden is now positioned to surpass Carter (5.01%) as the GDP champion of presidents since 1976. Much of the credit goes to The American Rescue Plan, which poured $66 billion into 36 million households and reduced the child poverty rate by 50%, helping the U.S. recover faster from the pandemic than most other nations.

Leading the Pack

The economy is poised to expand 5.5% in Biden's first year as president

See Chart

Corporate America was never healthier than under Biden in 2021. Efforts to support consumers flowed through to America’s companies, which are enjoying profit margins of around 15%, the widest since 1950, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis. Non-financial profit increased 39.3%, making Biden No. 1 among eight presidents with Obama a distant second at 21.6%.

Earnings Bonanza

Corporate profits have boomed in Biden's first year in office

See Chart

The boom times have allowed companies to reduce net debt as a percentage of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization to the   lowest since data was compiled   in 1990 for companies in the S&P 500. All this helps explain why the stock market under Biden is second only to George H.W. Bush of any incoming president since Carter.

Bull Market

Biden edges Obama for second-best first-year stock performance

See Chart

Americans are certainly feeling good. Consumer credit surged  $196 billion through October, a record under Biden that is 27% more than the increase under No. 2 Donald Trump ($154 billion). Although some of the gains reflect a rebound from 2020 when the pandemic caused many consumers to retrench, they wouldn’t be adding debt if they weren’t feeling confident.

        Feeling Flush

A surge in credit borrowing by consumers signals high economic confidence

          See Chart

Biden is the only president over the past half century with robust increases in non-farm payrolls (4.3%) and manufacturing jobs (2.6%), approaching the gains enjoyed by Carter in general employment (4.6%) and factory workers (3.9%). Trump, who inherited the longest expansion in modern times and said in 2015 he would “be greatest jobs producer that God ever created,” is an also-ran, with non-farm and manufacturing payrolls inching up 1.4% and 1.3%, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

Jobs Boom

Only Carter tops Biden for best growth in payrolls in their first year in office

See Chart

Returning to Factories

Manufacturers have added more workers under Biden

See Chart

Companies need all the workers they can get. U.S. business output, a measure of productivity, increased 4.4%, putting Biden ahead of every predecessor except Carter, where it gained 6.25%. No wonder confidence among chief executive officers of the largest U.S. companies   soared to a record   this year as expectations for hiring, capital investment and sales improved. The Business Roundtable's CEO Economic Outlook index, launched in 2004, rose 10 points to 124 in the fourth quarter, the highest in 20 years.

Getting Back to Work

Business output is surging under Biden as the economy recovers

See Chart

America’s economy is the envy of the world, looking at the foreign-exchange market. The dollar has strengthened 7.37% this year. That is the most under a first-year president since the greenback gained 17.8% for Reagan, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

The Mighty Greenback

America's currency has gotten stronger under Biden

See Chart

In another sign that the U.S. economy is a global leader under Biden, U.S. stocks outperformed the world equity market by 6.3 percentage points, the widest advantage since 1988, when George H.W. Bush was in the White House, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

Beating the World

U.S. stocks are generating higher returns than the global equity market

See Chart

The good times may extend into 2022. Biden's bipartisan   $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act   bodes well for the economy and American labor because it will rebuild the nation's deteriorating roads and bridges as well as fund climate and broadband initiatives that create jobs. Even Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who said his priority was preventing the Biden agenda,   voted for the law   along with 18 fellow Republicans.

Biden, like Carter, now faces   the political fallout  of the accelerating inflation from global  supply chain breakdowns  associated with the pandemic even though maintaining stable inflation and interest rates are the primary responsibility of the Federal Reserve, and the Fed said it's prepared to tighten monetary policy in 2022.

Biden, unlike Carter, benefits from the $29 trillion U.S. debt market. In contrast to the 1970s and early 1980s, confidence in the Fed’s ability to get inflation back under control is unimpaired, reflected in the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note fluctuating below 1.7% as inflation hovers at 4.1%. When Carter was in the White House, investors lost confidence in the Fed, evidenced by the 10-year yield rising to 12.6% with inflation reaching 9.65%.

The clear message from the market that tells all other markets what to do is that the people with the most at stake are betting on the Biden economy."

The seed and the comments on CNN make clear which side was not interested in bipartisan solutions to anything at all.  The Brandon who ran on a national  unity campaign has been the most divisive President ever.  The refusal to send Trump out along with former members of his administration to promote his vaccines and the refusal until now to give Trump any credit for them and operation warp speed was a huge mistake.

Brandon wanted all the credit for the vaccines and for reaching certain milestones by certain dates and he wanted to deny the legitimacy of Trump and his supporters even on this matter.  Well that blew up in his face and now he tries to do with force and coercion through emergency powers and mandates what others could have done through friendly persuasion if allowed to do so.

It’s not Biden’s economy.  It’s still Trumps economy. It’s still his regulatory policies for the most part, still his tax rates, and still the pre pandemic normal of Trump that we are striving to match and have already done so in many red states.  Trumps pandemic measures were sufficient and Biden’s “stimulus” is only stimulating inflation and giving slush funds to blue states that are holding America’s economy back

The Brandon regime is keeping it in "emergency" status because they think it will make it easier to roll out the Brown Shirts.

Saw the below the other day.  It sums up the whole train wreck:

They are telling the unvaccinated to get the vaccine because the vaccine works.

They are telling the vaccinated to get the booster because the vaccine doesn't work.

All the while telling everyone that the unvaccinated are putting the vaccinated in danger by not getting the vaccine that didn't work to protect the vaccinated.
