Zhengzhou is the city that I first came to in China to teach English and a few other subjects at a private high school in the suburbs, and lived there for 10 years.  I've not seen anything like that here in Chongqing yet, but it's bound to come.

Looks like a vending machine with wheels. Have you ever seen an Automat, I've never been in one and I don't know if they still exist but I've seen them in films.  Maybe they still have them in Japan, they're big on vending machines there. That van is a high-tech Automat on wheels.

Yes, I've seen pictures of automats though I've never been in one as well.  However, up until now the vending machines I've seen were fixed in place and could accept coins or bills, but until I saw what I posted here I had never seen one on wheels or one that reads a mobile phone code symbol.  Fast food restaurants started a while ago installing touch screens for ordering.
