Western propaganda on Xinjiang: What's the next?

A false forced labor accusation was all that was needed for the US to sanction the solar companies, cut the lifelines of their workers and undermine the effort to tackle global change.

NT has seen multiple articles, seeds and comments demonizing China, so I think it's time to start posting articles that tell another side of the story - for just a LITTLE balance.  After all, aren't Americans fair, don't they believe that a person or entity is innocent until PROVEN guilty, or have Americans never got over the vigilante justice of lynching without real evidence?Do not try to label me with supporting the Chinese side of the story, because what I've posted here might not so accurate either.  However, I am just posting this in an attempt to start some of the ultrabiased members of this site to wonder if all the propaganda they have been fed just might not be so true, and maybe what America has been doing with its sanctions and blacklisting just might be detrimental not only to the people of China, not only to the people of America, but to the whole world.  I don't expect everyone to think like a lawyer, I just think it's time for some to realize that there actually COULD be another side of a story, especially since almost everyone knows now how hard it is to believe anything you read or hear these days.

I'm glad to see the response with hard-hitting facts.

This seed could draw some controversial comments and right now it's 10 p.m. here and I can't keep my eyes open so I'm locking it and will unlock it in the (my) morning.

Woke up, made and ate my breakfast, so this seed is now unlocked for anyone interested in making civil comments about what the other side of the story is (oh where is Paul Harvey when America really needs him).

Well, I'm not that surprised to see that this is a story that Americans would rather not take note of, so I'm going to lock it again for the night which apparently isn't going to inconvenience anyone.

Unlocked for one more day just to see if anyone is interested, and I'm sure most are more convinced by the usual biased media misinformation and the political need to bash and contain China due to the fear that it will surpass the USA as the number one nation.
