Good question. I'm in my 30's and I really don't know. While I've given birth a number of times and was rumored to be promiscuous, I feel as sexually fit as I've always been. Never have had an STD. I have to exercise more and watch my calories and carbs closer, least I gain rapid weight, but all my plumbing is still attractively laid out and still works in tip-top condition. Now, I've never been married, which according to the article, produces stress which is a big sex killer.
One of the main points of the article is perspective. For many women, sex isn't between the legs, it's between the ears....a more mental process. Having been a Tantric myself, over the last 9 years, the key isn't just having an orgasm, it's in sustaining it without releasing it. For a guy, the example might be achieving orgasm but holding back a discharge. This is not something for the two minute man to try.
