Florida is close enough that he could definitely win there. Pennsylvania will be tough - since he's polling down 5-8. If I were a Democratic strategist I'd be pulling my hair out about riots in Philadelphia. Anything that could cause a major shift in Pennsylvania polls is the one thing that can upset the whole apple cart come election day.
With out Pennsylvania Trump's going to need Georgia, Nevada. Arizona, Maine district 2, and some other surprise like NH and we're not seeing poll movement across the board in those places like we did in 2016 post Comey's October surprise.
The general consensus is that a 5 pt. Biden win nationally will secure the Electoral College vote for Biden.
