A judge is holding a sentencing hearing for Jussie Smollett, who was convicted in December of lying to Chicago police about a hate crime in 2019. The former ...
It is perfectly okay to keep an open mind and reserve opinion until sentencing is complete. Who knows what the judge will say at the sentencing? Finally, I do fault Jesse S., for causing this on the merits.
It helps nothing for me (others) to be snobbish about another person's shortcoming. For example, at this very instance "live" they are talking about PROBATION instead of jail time with a character witness.

The parentheses conveyed nothing to you? That's not my fault.
Whatever Texan1211. I am listening to the sentencing proceeding and this (right here) is a 'useless' distraction.
I will conclude this with just pointing out I am not on trial here or pleading for a 'lower' sentence. Good day!
