Darn...I was thinking of buying the place... & now you talked me out of it!

(And BTW those ceilings are really low...feels cramped. Couldn't they have afforded to put in nice high ceilings...?)

High ceilings make the place more expensive to heat and air condition. But I suppose if you can afford a 15 million dollar home the cost of heating and a/c is penny-ante.
