Trump is a SNL skit. 70 days before the election and huckster Trump is putting out DIGITAL collector cards for $99 each. You don't even get a physical card unless you buy 15 of them. He's a con artist and a joke. Why do you continue to send him money??

And in the meantime all you can see on the KamalaHarris for President website ( Kamala Harris for President ) are two short fluff pieces to introduce Harris and Walz, and numerous opportunities to send money to Harris. BFD, this is what campaigns do. Raise money.

It's so ridiculous - and so unrealistic - who would buy that shit - is that how he sees himself - sculpted with muscles - what a ridiculous ugly tub of lard.

I go to YouTube a lot. They are saturated with ads of Harris, Walz, Obama, and even Michelle begging for money.

Do you see images of Harris made up to look like a superhero?   Is she selling tennis shoes, bibles, cards, etc.?

Have you ever seen any presidential candidate (much less a former PotUS) engage in such self-aggrandizing coupled with sleazy exploitation of sycophants?

All the time. Her fans post them on this site constantly.

The most self-aggrandizing image up there is the one of trmp with muscles and a chiseled jaw. He's never had those kinds of muscles in his life and he's always been slack-jawed

The point is that Trump is behind this — worse, he is the spokesperson selling this shit.   Note the use of self-aggrandizing in my comment:

TiG@1.3.1Have you ever seen any presidential candidate (much less a former PotUS) engage in such self-aggrandizing coupled with sleazy exploitation of sycophants?

Do you see Harris hawking merchandise?   Do you see Harris endorsing superhero images of herself?

The few times that happens it is done to mock Trump.  If Trump had not done it first there isnt a chance in hell Harris would approve of such nonsense.

She is selling herself. With a bunch of bullshit and 180-degree turns on "policy". Doesn't need merchandise.

What a weak answer.

Trump is engaging in absurd levels of self-aggrandizing and exploitation with merchandise sold to his marks.    You cannot even admit the obvious and try (extremely poorly) to equate Harris with Trump's sleazy practices.

What a weak answer.

What do you mean weak? Is she not trying to sell her ideas? And right now, trying to appease everyone on the other side by flat-assed lying about what she will do and what she believes?

Who in the fuck tried to equate the two and their methods of garnering attention and votes? Sure wasn't me.

And please stop with the veiled insults. It's unbecoming.

What do you mean weak?

We are talking about a pathetic con-man hawking superhero-like NFT images of himself (among other things).   This is beyond sleazy and certainly well beneath the dignity of the office this scoundrel is running to hold.

You ignore this and try to equate Harris running for office with Trump's slimy, pathetic exploitation of his sycophant marks.

Your candidate is beyond horrible.  This is the worst nominee for PotUS in US history.   Trump is entirely unfit to hold this office and on top of that the guy is the oldest presidential nominee in US history, is a flaming asshole, a malignant narcissist and the most prolific liar of our times.   A guy who has lied and cheated his entire life and cares only about himself.

What has happened to GOP voters to actually vote for such an abysmal human being for the most powerful office in the worlde?

While her opponent has schlepped his way to become the bottom feeder he has always been.

That’s the only answer to his reverse and perverse relevancy.

Trump, born with a silver spoon in his mouth, billionaire with gold plated everything in NY penthouse, name on the building, multiple hotels, golf courses, private planes emblazoned with Trump!

But three life long government servants, Biden  ($10M), Harris($8M) and Walz ($330K)

are the elites?

I am glad Biden sold his book and now has some cash and two homes to retire too.

I am glad Doug Emhoff is a good investor.

I am glad Walz has 3 or 4 pensions to fall back on

but I would hardly think of them like Gates, Musk or Trump.

Trump revives widely mocked digital trading cards as Harris gains in polls (msn.com)

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday once again began hawking digital trading cards of himself as polls show him losing more ground to Vice President Kamala Harris.

On his Truth Social platform, the former president posted a video in which he informed his supporters that a new batch of digital trading cards featuring cartoon versions of his likeness were now on sale.

"15 stunning all-new digital trading cards, it's really something," Trump said in the video. "These cards show me dancing, even holding some BitCoins!"

Trump then informed fans that he wasn't just selling digital cards, but would send them a physical version of one of the cards if they bought a set of 15. Theysold for $99 each when Trump first unveiled them nearly two years ago.

Trump made more than $7.15 million from licensing fees from NFT International Inc., the company that marketed them.

"The cards will go FAST!" Trump wrote in a Truth Social post promoting the video.

Trump's digital trading cards were widely mocked when he first released them and even many of the former president's allies called them "cringe."

Trump's decision to revive his trading cards comes as polling averages from FiveThirtyEight show that Vice President Kamala Harris has opened up a national lead of three-and-a-half points, which is a steady expansion of the small lead she opened up after entering the presidential campaign last month.

Trump has long complained about Harris entering the race and has openly fantasized about being able to run against President Joe Biden again.

If you buy 1500 dollars worth of Trump digital trading cards they will send you ONE real cardboard one.

There are those who defend this insanity as "free enterprise" while we are becoming the laughingstock of the world.

Sigh.........

Investing $1,000 in Trump NFTs:   With a price point of $99, a person could have purchased 10 Trump Digital Trading Cards at the time of mint with $1,000.

Based on a current   price   of 0.159 ETH, or around $351.79, the investment would be worth $3,517.90 today. This represents a return of 251.8% in 12 months.

While the NFTs have fallen from a peak of around 0.84 ETH, the investment is still up. Investors who cashed out early saw gains of around 1,000%.

For comparison, the same $1,000 invested in the   SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust   (NYSE:SPY), which tracks the S&P 500 Index, would be worth $1,199.47 today. This represents a hypothetical return of 19.9% over the same time period, significantly trailing the return from the Trump NFTs.

If You Invested $1,000 In Trump NFTs, Here's How Much You Made In A Year (And Did You Beat The S&P 500?) (msn.com)

There are people stupid enough to buy this junk, for sure. It is a cousin of a ponzi scheme. The ones who buy them and hold on to them will get nothing.

The only reason they are temporarliy worth anything at all is because Trump runs a cult.

But even leaving the money aside, it is beyond embarrassing for an ex US president to engage in this ridiculous behavior. The world is laughing at us.

I don't trust any politician to keep their word.

Not sure her handlers will let her talk to the press any more than they allowed Biden to do so.

They have heard the word salads that can occur when she is off-script.
