Photographs show strength and spirit of the Siberian Tiger
Pan Songyi's photos show tigers living in Northeast China. [All photos by Pan Songyi/cpanet.org.cn] This caption applies to all photos.
A series of tiger-themed photographs taken by Pan Songyi show the Siberian Tiger's majesty and spirit.
Pan, a member of China Photographers Association, has shot tigers for 13 years. He spends most of his spare time at the Siberian Tiger Park at Hengdaohezi town in Hailin city of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, having visited 143 times.
After extensive experience with the animals, Pan has become familiar with the tigers' habits and body language. His photography not only records the tigers' living conditions, but also reflects their inner life.
As 2022 marks the Year of the Tiger, let's see some of Pan's best work.

You, need to work on your AIM, or get a Scope, or, Listerine, I’m knot picky, just hard, to understand, thus Y I over sit
I took my children to see the White Tigers at the Cincinnati Zoo.
They were spectacular!
Remember when you "helped" with laundry and you threw in my cobalt blue lingerie in with the whites?
Spectacular photos.
I thoroughly agree. Just gorgeous!
I never saw that many Tigers together, aren't they supposed to be solitary animals?
tigers are cool, great pictures
Tigers are cool, lions are dope, leopards are sick, but jaguars are awesome!
I'm with you when it comes to Jaguars. 63 years ago my father had the dealer bring this car around for him to test drive - a new 1959 Jaguar Mark IX. I got in the back seat, sunk into the glove leather seat and smelled that wonderful new fresh leather smell, looked at the polished solid burled wood trim and drop down tables at the back of the front seats, and thought that this was not a car for ordinary people, not even for rich people, it was a car for royalty.
But my father didn't like it, and bought a 1960 Cadillac Coupe deVille instead, a car that was so nouveau riche, so long you needed two parking spots to park it. I could have disowned my father.
These are such beautiful animals. I liked how the photographer captured them at play. I wish my mini tigers were that interested in playing in the snow
I know, right? They look at it like: "Yeahhhh ... no."
Charlene adopted us this time last year. Then we got that snow in February. She took a few steps outside, sniffed it, then hightailed it back into the house
Charlene!! I love it! You can always tell how someone feels about their pets by how they name them. If they're named with people names, then they're family. Rover, Spot and Fluffy are just loved pets.
This article is not only beautiful, but timely!
Actually, Mr Giggles named her. I liked the name so it stayed. I name all the pets but he got this one.
I was born in 1962....another year of the Tiger
"Charlene adopted us this time last year. Then we got that snow in February. She took a few steps outside, sniffed it, then hightailed it back into the house"
Charlene actually ran thru the snow on the deck and then she came right back in
My Chinese astrology sign is the rat. Don't know if I agree with all of this, but it's not a bad reading.
Make sure your birth was in the lunar year to determine the Chinese astrological sign.
How do I do that?
Charlene is a pussy.
I'd rename that cat "Snowplow".
Use the chart on this site: (LINK) ->
It says I am a Sheep....
Morning Buzz....appears I am a rat as well... geez they could have had something more thrilling like a shark, croc jellyfish.. anything but a rat...

Best my cat can do at the moment is try and dig up a witchity grub in the ground...been at it 3 nights and the grub is to cunning..
Baaa, baaa, Ender,

But Shona1, the rat is the smartest one of all.

I think you'll feel differently if you read that...(LINK) ->
Love to gossip huh? Haha
I am not sure if the bad outweighs the good....
Ahhh hahhh..you are slow and short sighted..so it will be chops for you....
Ahhh yes that's better...I am a happy rat now...just have to watch out for my cat...
I am the Dragon and my other self is the Snake.
Excellent combination...
Actually, I have two birth certificates. Back in the day many times if you were born on the rez there was no birth cert. I did get one later and when my parents died I was going through their papers and I found the second one. They are 1 year and 2 days apart.
I do not know which one is correct, so I have the ability to have two Chinese Zodiac signs.
It says that I am a Snake. Specifically, a Water Snake.
I love these pics. Love big cats! My contribution from our local zoo -
GORGEOUS shot! Love it ...
They are truly beautiful animals.
Me too!
Look at these eyes.
Five foot two, eyes of blue, but oh what those five foot could do, has anybody seen my tiger...
I was tempted to post the song Eye Of The Tiger, then I remembered you couldn't see Youtube.
You mean this one? (LINK) ->
That is the one.
I always thought tigers were more solitary creatures.
Note to all. If I have not voted your comment up, which is my agreement or just thank you for posting on my article, it would be because I could not open what you posted on it or understood what you said.
The tigers are magnificent and the photos are excellent.
Great to see this article!
My 2¢.

Thanks, A.Mac. I'll keep on posting such articles in between the weekend ones. What saddens me, though, is the almost complete lack of appreciation for this article (LINK) ->
But I can understand, after all American culture isn't directed to such, but not to worry, American culture is appreciated, after all isn't the Super Bowl coming up?
