Interesting that something so widely and famously touted as a instrument to bring us closer together, seems to instead have the opposite effect.

Looks like they're all busy checking to see what's new on NT's.

People have been brainwashed and bamboozled and bedazzled by personal technology. That is the bottom line. Hypnotized.

My wife and I have actually seen a young couple texting each other while sitting at the same restaurant table. I have a stupid phone, intentionally. I have had text, internet and email taken off from our plan and our phones are just phones with camera's and that's it. They make and receive phone calls and take pictures and we almost never take pictures with them. My wife never takes her phone anywhere with her and mine is in my pants pocket where I can't get to it while driving. If someone calls when I'm behind the wheel they'll need to leave a message or they won't get called back. I also saw an article the other day that says the flip phone is coming back because new "phones" have become much too big. I might have a look at one.

BTW, my ring tone is the sound of a ringing telephone.

Speaking of "technology," the photo at the link provided by Larry is beautifully clear and perfectly exposed … unlike the images I post to the site. But, it's not my images -- when I view them on my laptop and on my personal image marketing site, they are crisp and clear.

That makes me wonder about the image-display capabilities of the server that houses NT. Is there an image file format and/or resolution that is needed for optimal views?

Never, ever give your doxie a cell phone. They are great at texting you want you don't want to hear.
