It looks like the dorsal view of the head of a large Bear (IMO).

Enjoy the "roar" of the stream.

You took the words right out of my mouth (stay out of there!)! I looked at the picture before reading your comment and the first thing I thought of was that it looks like the head of a huge bear! Complete with darker green algae where the eye would be.

Ok, I'm a spoil sport, but it looks like the head a T-rex, to me...  Oh well!

You know how much I love rocks!

"Enjoy the "roar" of the stream."

How? Is there a link to a video or sound, or are we supposed to use our imagination?

Buzz,

I have several excellent videos in which the roar (more like music) is clear and distinct; I have tried to post them but they run sluggishly with broken audio as well. Are you still unable to view video? In the event the problem is corrected, I'd like to find a way for you to view them.

My "roar" comment was intended as a pun to go with the "bear" rock.

Damn! I'm so LITERAL. Normally I catch your puns and respond in kind, but this time I totally missed it.  In the past I was able to open your videos, but they played like stuttering.  However, as Perrie pointed out, if you are close to the end and push back to the beginning you bypass the intermittent buffering and it plays smoothly.

A great photo, Mac.

Looks like the ''Spirit Bear''...

Photo of a Spirit Bear. They are only found in the forests of B.C. they are not an albino, but a sub species of black bears, usually either white or cream in color.

Beautiful!

Are they nice like black bears, or mean, like grizzlies?

Wonderful shot Mac. The whole composition and colors work perfectly. One of my personal faves as of late.
