Some say that he's had a lot of plastic surgery.
Since sometime in the 1990s, We believes Al Pacino has partaken in a series of subtle cosmetic surgeries, including a browlift (forehead lift), facelift, and potentially a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), not to mention skin laser treatments and dermal injections such as Botox, Restylane, or Juvederm.
That man is a chameleon! Truly, he inhabits his characters, and brings them to life!

When I'm bored and want to watch something I have the boxed set of all three films inVHS and it keeps me happyfor a loooooooong time!
I look in the mirror and I still see a 30 year old man looking back me even though I'm 58. The secret is a will trimmed (partially meaning most grey cut out) haircut and beard. There is an old man who does hair and beards just a few blocks from here and he is an artists. I'll wash them up and do a selfie.

I tried aging once. It didn't work out so well for me.
I will leave that process to others better equipped to handle it.
