Thanks Petey, it's great to know what the article is all about. Although the Snopes version indicates it's from 2009, it's interesting to me that it is an educational problem in the USA indicated by an article that a number of teachers and supervisory staff have recently been charged with cheating to increase their school's or school district's status as to its level of achievement. To me, it's all just part of the dumbing down of America. The dumbing down of America benefits only the power of the administration to do whatever they want without interference by the people. ("Government of the people, by the people, for the people" - SURE!!!)
