Kamala Harris says she listened to Snoop Dogg, Tupac while smoking weed in college years before they made music
“What was you listening to when you was high?

California  Sen. Kamala Harris   claims she listened to Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur when she smoked pot in college – but the West Coast rappers weren’t putting out music until years after she graduated.

“I have. And I inhaled. I did inhale,” Harris said when asked if she has   smoked weed.   “It was a joint.”

Harris made her comments Monday on "The Breakfast Club," the New York City-based nationally syndicated radio program hosted by DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne tha God. The program touts that it is “the world’s most dangerous morning show” and is popular in the hip hop community.

The  2020 Democratic presidential contender   was then asked what music she listened to when she smoked a joint. Charlamagne tha God bluntly asked, “What was you listening to when you was high? What was on? What song was on?”

Harris quickly responded, “Definitely Snoop, Tupac for sure.”

However, Harris graduated from Howard University in 1986 and was finished with law school by 1989. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990.

Snoop Dogg’s debut album “Doggystyle” was released in 1993. Snoop made music prior to his first album, appearing on Dr. Dre’s 1992 album “The Chronic” and the soundtrack of the 1992 film “Deep Cover,” but they were both released years after Harris finished school.

As for Tupac, his first album “2Pacalypse Now” was released in 1991. The rap legend also recorded music as part of the group Digital Underground, but it was also released in the early 1990s after Harris finished school.

The radio hosts failed to check Harris on the inaccurate info and quickly pivoted to a discussion about current rapper Cardi B.

Harris’ office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Must have been some really good weed.

I agree, Tessy. After 25+ years, Kamala's weed brain is still neurologically impaired to the point of not knowing that Snoop and Tupac hadn't yet made recordings when she was in college or law school.

You still doubt the authenticity Kamala Harris' own words directly from the radio interview and video? Wow!

Right-Wingers Obsess Over Kamala Harris’ Music Picks While Smoking Pot In College

You’ve never really made it in politics until you’ve inspired a conspiracy theory and now there’s one about Sen.  Kamala Harris  (D-Calif.) that’s a doozy.

On Monday, the Democratic presidential candidate told the hosts of the New York City radio show “The Breakfast Club” that she  supports legalization of marijuana  because “I think it gives a lot of people joy.”

Harris also admitted that she’d smoked a joint in college.

Naturally, the cannabis comments got a lot of play in the mainstream media, but conservative outlets focused on another part of the interview.

At one point, host DJ Envy asked the senator what music she liked and then another host, Charlamagne Tha God, quickly jumped in to ask what music she listened to while high in college.

In a clip posted on Twitter, Harris appears to answer DJ Envy’s question, saying that she likes Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur (as well as Cardi B), while laughing off the query posed by Charlamagne Tha God. But the close proximity of the two questions could make it sound as if Harris were saying she listened to Tupac and Snoop Dogg in college ― which would be impossible since she graduated from Howard University in 1986, five years before Tupac’s first album and six before Snoop Dogg’s recording debut.

Right-wing outlets like  Fox News  and  Breitbart took Harris’ response to the first question as a response to the second.

And, that is making excuses for someone whom doesn't have an excuse.  I went through chemo and can still remember the first rap groups that I listened to and about when they released their first albums.  And, chemo affects memory for YEARS if not forever.

The groups I listened to first were Run-DMC and the Beastie Boys in the mid-1980s.

Sure, no problem.

Just remember that next time she starts bagging on someone for something equally insignificant.

So what? All politicians lie. At least that's what the neo-nationalists say every time someone points to Trump's lies.

Lies are expected and therefore off the table for criticism due to the Trump era.

BTW, I've posted nothing that could be confused as derailing.

The topics of your comment 12 were neo-nationalists and Trump. I will now remind you that the topic of this seed is Kamala Harris.

Last warning ... stop derailing my seed and stop making personal attacks.

The topics of your comment 12 were neo-nationalists and Trump.

Yet I cited lies three times.

Trump is a person, 'the Trump era' and 'criticism of Trump' are THINGS.

As for 'derailing', I suggest you review thread # 11. Why the double standard?

None of your comments have cited documented facts. All of them are your opinions.

Contrary to your accusation, I do not have a double standard, and there is evidence of it within the comments on this seed.

If you have a problem with thread #11, please discuss it with the moderator who commented on it or contact Perrie.

Move on, Dulay, and stop derailing. ABSOLUTELY FINAL WARNING.
