The Next Generation Of Right Wing Morons

What a Woman Wants - YouTube

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

I am not necessarily recommending that people watch the video above. It is long and it is not necessarily that interesting for everybody.  On the other hand you could listen to it as you go about doing other things, much as you might with any other radio or television program.

My point in seeding it is to illustrate a tragedy. There is a young generation of right wing morons.

In the video a liberal You Tube host, a guy named Destiny (stage name I presume) "debates" a young , (23 years old), woman who describes herself as a Christian conservative. She is also a conspiracy theorist who believes the election was stolen from Trump, and when the host asks her what she likes about Trump says that it is because he is always honest.  She also believes that Hunter Biden is guilty of everything Rudy Giuliani claims, that the "Hunter laptop" material is 100% genuine, that Trump was framed concerning the Ukrainian impeachment, and that Jan.6th was a bunch of "grandmas who occupied a couple podiums inside the Capitol Building."

She also laments that conservatives are forced to be too nice and wishes they would be nastier the way liberals are.

This young lady is 23 years old and has absorbed a great deal of modern right wing bullshit.

But the worst part is she wants to spread it as far as she can. She has her own You Tube channel and makes videos regularly, although she doesnt seem to have achieved much success to this point. She is also listed as an "ambassador for Prager U." , whatever that means.

At one point the host asks her why she believes all this debunked bullshit , particularly about James O'Keefe and Project Veritas (which she absolutely loves) , and her answer is basically why not look into these things (conspiracies and alt-right) because we cant trust authority.  She distrusts everything she hears from the mainstream but believes absurd conspiracies.

It is a tragedy that America has taken this turn, and judging by her youth and those like her, it will be a long time before it gets turned around.

The fact that so many conservatives have become conspiracy nuts is an abject tragedy for our country.  The additional fact that any of them could be young people only deepens the tragedy.

I dont remember ever talking about emoluments.

Trump and his campaign colluded or attempted to collude with Russia. This is a known fact I am not going to rehash again right now.

As for Ukraine, Trump absolutely should have been impeached and removed from office over that. The impeachment managers proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump attempted to bribe and extort the head of a foreign government.

Donald Trump Jr met, in Trump Tower,  with a Russian woman that he believed represented an element in the Russian government in order to receive "dirt" on his father's election opponent Hillary Clinton.  If that is not attempting to collude with Russia what the fuck would be?

If I recall correctly the Mueller investigation did not recommend any action about that on the basis that no material changed hands.

That doesnt mean the Trump campaign didnt try.

Mueller considered bringing charges related to the meeting.

When Kushner, Manafort, and Trump Jr. showed up at the meeting in Trump Tower, they anticipated receiving damaging information on Hillary Clinton. That alone was enough for the special counsel to consider bringing charges.

Ultimately, Mueller’s office determined “the government would not be likely to obtain and sustain a conviction.”

On the facts here, the government would unlikely be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the June 9 meeting participants had general knowledge that their conduct was unlawful. The investigation has not developed evidence that the participants in the meeting were familiar with the foreign-contribution ban or the application of federal law to the relevant factual context. The government does not have strong evidence of surreptitious behavior or efforts at concealment at the time of the June 9 meeting.

What Mueller Found Out About the Trump Tower Meeting (nymag.com)

=====================================================

In plain English, Trump Jr. Manafort, Kushner knew they were colluding with Russians but did not realize it was illegal, thus sparing themselves indictment.

Collusion is not necessarily only a legal term.

Robert Mueller was extremely cautious in describing the results of his investigation.

Trump Jr, Manafort and Kushner broke the law. They colluded with someone who they believed represented people in the Russian government.

But because they didnt know that was illegal they were spared indictment.

Mueller would have served the American public much better if he just described what they did wrong instead of couching it all in a conclusion that he didnt have enough to indict them.

There are individuals who murder people but are not indicted because there isnt enough evidence. They still committed the murder.

Those sentences say "they did it" but we won't get a conviction because they didnt realize they were breaking the law.

I dont give a flying fuck if they got off on a technicality. They colluded with Russians.

Conviction or lack of conviction do not necessarily correlate to innocence or guilt.  You do understand that dont you?  The Mueller report specifically states that Trump Manafort and Kushner could not be indicted because they did not know that what they were doing was illegal.

You know what that means? It means that what they were doing was ILLEGAL.

In the video she tells the host that she moved to Chicago to pursue a career in fashion (as a model?) but was fired when her employer learned she was a Christian conservative. I dont really believe that but in some of her own You Tube videos she does seem to be trying to play some sort of modeling role.

" She distrusts everything she hears from the mainstream but believes absurd conspiracies. "

That pretty much describes every age of Trump supporter, not just their youth.

Most rational people think that all it takes to convince others of something is to present the facts. Sadly, in this day and age facts mean nothing to millions of deluded right wing dipshits who cling to a fantasy of their own making simply because they don't want to believe the facts. They claim the source of the facts is somehow in on some conspiracy therefore facts and evidence mean squat to them.

I've no doubt if some had their way they would be chopping Democrats and liberals heads off to prove they're really some lizard race that has invaded earth and taken control and sadly, they could go through a million Democrats without ever finding a lizard person but they'd continue chopping because they are less convinced by the evidence right in front of them and will just double down on their delusion. To do anything else would be to admit that they're actually delusional and have just committed mass genocide which isn't something their small brains are willing to accept. It's a very similar phenomenon to how so many right wing Germans went along with the lies about the Jews. According to Hitler's book Mein Kampf, a ll ideas of universal goodness were simply mental traps set by Jews to catch weak German brains. The Jews were not to be treated as fellow people, but to be understood as an objective problem, like a disease (“racial tuberculosis”) that needed to be resolved. Some right wingers even here often emulate such language.

" As long as the radical left pushes their evil ideology we will fight. Peace shall return for our decendants when we rid the nation of the evil."

" As Benjamin Carter Hett put it in an  excellent recent study  of Hitler’s rise to power, “The key to understanding why many Germans supported him lies in the Nazis’ rejection of a rational, factual world.”

Who doesn't?  Let's see who believes in conspiracies.

Although I will say to remember this seed the next time you are in up in arms over someone seeding an article about what an actual elected Democrat, or MSM member says.

An interview of some random person on youtube is supposed to have some sort of deeper meaning? I'd think exposure to your fellow travelers on this site alone would make you recoil from asking anyone to draw conclusions a from the statements of some random person on the internet.
