A California high school teacher appeared to criticize conservatives in a quiz question given to students last week, prompting outrage from parents and a school investigation, according to local reports.
The quiz question asked students in a social science class at Whitney High School in Rocklin, a city located about 20 miles from Sacramento, to identify "a group of complete idiots." The possible answers were given in a multiple-choice format as:
A) KKK;
B) all of Florida
C) Fox news
D) Texans.
Parent Jessa Krissovich shared a screenshot of the question with FOX40 Sacramento , telling the station "it sounded unbelievable."
"These stories have gone in one ear and out the other," she said.
Another parent, who wished to remain anonymous, told the station that this teacher’s one-sided political comments – most often directed against the Republican Party – have been an ongoing issue in the classroom.
"The question on the test is really blatant obviously and that’s out there," the parent said. "This has been the first time it has been looked at of him crossing the line."
A student told KCRA-TV that the social science teacher is known to "always make jokes" in class.
"I understand he's just trying to make a joke," said student Joel Alquicira, who said he had the teacher in a previous year, "but that kind of stuff shouldn't be on a test."
Whitney High School released a statement on Saturday telling parents it will investigate the controversial question after students, families and the community raised concerns.
Oh well, nothing to worry about there. It was just a joke. Whitney High School is going to investigate.
I know! Why not just go to the school's website and check the curriculum and we can reassure ourselves that they are teaching what they claim/ S
Where was the 'all of the above' box?

It's not so funny now, is it?
Yes, it's still funny.
You might realize that if you had a sense of humor.
I may have lost it over at Newsvine.
How true.
Trashing conservatives? Oh my. 'Stormy Who' comes to mind. Trash that, conservatives.
Hey now, Jessa K., 'Myofascial Trigger Point' mushroom massage therapist extraordinaire, has had sore hands since 2007 and has apparently been triggered ever since.
Allegedly? Or, rightwingers outraged by manufactured BS? Another day of the same old false narrative...
If the choices had been something else the howeling would go on until next year
Different mom, same howling from the same plantation and without a doubt much more to come; the 'horror' of these stories is irresistable. /S
howeling is not a word.
It was a "trick question".
Of course the correct answer was:
E) all of the above
Don't forget to add the suburban women that the left bownnosed for a year. Now they're racists too.
Unfortunately, racists can be found almost anywhere even on NewStalkers.
They traded in their "hoodies" for MAGA hats.
Mostly Newsvine executives
I see.
Are you saying that NV execs wore MAGA hats?
No wonder the Vine withered and died.
You've done a lot of trolling so far.
Thank you so much for showing Vic an example of what trolling really looks like.
I'm leaving this thread now.
I enjoyed talking to you, Vic, because I don't want you to think I'm your NewStalker.
Exactly!
Winsome Sears has experienced the racist bigots of the secular progressive left. As as Tim Scott, Clarence Thomas, Ben Carson, Condoleezza Rice, Candace Owens, Star Parker, and many other African Americans.
Concepts of teacher professionalism and respect for others are only important for certain targets. For other people, fire away!
That is the blatant double standard the left is known for.
"round up the usual suspects"

Maybe if some on the left tunned in they wouldn't have been taken in on the Russia hoax?
If they had tuned in they would have been taken in by a hundred other hoaxes.
I think you're a bit confused. It's the other end that specializes in lies.
No one on NT gaslights like you Vic.
Tucker Carlson currently has a Fox Special where he says Jan 6 was a "false flag". There are no depths of dishonesty to which Fox will not sink.
And nobody has gotten away with more rule1 violations than you have.
Tucker Carlson currently has a Fox Special where he says Jan 6 was a "false flag".
You have to go to Tucker Carlson.com to watch it. That happens to be questions that he alone is raising. He has to prove any claims, but he does have the right to question officials, who have performed some fairly dirty deeds over the past 5 years.
Wrong again. The false flag "documentary" is on Fox Nation, totally owned and controlled by Fox News.
I'm not wrong. What does it say under PATRIOT PURGE.
Not interested in if it is also shown on Carlsons web page.
The show is being played on Fox Nation, the streaming service of Fox News. It is right there in front of your face Vic.
FOX NATION
a service of Fox News
You said -
No, you don't.
You pay for those stories.
Yup, that's what I said, but you want to smear Fox News? Good luck with that.
That's where truth came from for the past 5 years!
Has nothing to do with it.
Perhaps not. On the other hand, it is not being broadcast as part of Fox News.
Isn't it....That with so many media outlets that we had to depend on a handful for the truth.
Thread 11 removed for no value [ph]
Notice how ignorant people on the right dodge your comments and try to deflect racism back to "progressives".
They have been blinded by the right.
I think most people know that the KKK is a racist organization.
The KKK endorsed Donald Trump. I wonder why?
Who knows why one guy with access to a xerox machine does what he does? Richard Spencer endorsed Biden.
You take whataboutism to new absurd heights. You are clearly out of reasonable arguments.
Vic,
From my personal experience from being on the PTA of my kids' school and teaching, teachers often give their political POV's in class and they go both ways. I am not a fan of it. I think that their opinions should remain to themselves. This teacher was way out of line.
Btw, notice that this story has proof and there are several parents reporting. That is why I believe this story, as opposed to the little 6 year old girl.
Yes, I'd say so, as were comments made on this thread which were allowed to stand.
