Greene’s claim that lawmakers like her are “not the fringe” but “the base of the party” is put on loop in the edited, online spot that the PAC MeidasTouch released Tuesday.
The conspiracy theorist’s comments are cut alongside footage of her parroting Kremlin talking points about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) calling Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a “thug” and former President Donald Trump hailing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aggression toward his neighboring country as “genius.”
“You see Ukraine kept just poking the bear and poking the bear, which is Russia,” she told the Voice of Rural America Network. “Russia is being very successful in their invasion, even though we hear different things on television,” she added. Independent reports suggest Russia misjudged the strength of Ukrainian resistance and is incurring higher casualties than expected.

I think it is within the realm of possibility that Marjorie Taylor Greene is mentally ill.
In her defense, she probably believes the Russian propaganda is true, despite everything her eyes tell her.
One has to have a brain to be mentally ill. There is no proof that she has a brain, in fact there is a lot of proof that she doesn't have a brain or if she does it is dead.
Then that's her problem
Is it a mental illness? Greene, like many other Trump followers merely make a determination about things on the spur of the moment, that favors their chosen world view. No amount of facts or evidence will change their mind, because they simply refuse to adapt their personal world view to fit the truth.
It's like they look at an uncaptioned picture, decide purely from that single image, what it is about, and will take to their deaths that they are right about that picture, no matter what they see or learn additionally about it.
She has a reptilian brain that forces her to breath … and a reptilian personality to match.
It's not a mental illness. It's a lack of critical thinking skills. And one lone brain cell on life support
