Viral Video
"Ironically several cheap fakes actually attack the president for thanking troops, that is what they are attacking the president for. Both in Normandy this happened and again in Italy. I think it tells you everything that we need to know about how desperate Republicans are here. And instead of talking about the president's performance in office, and what I mean by that is his legislative wins, what he's been able to do for the American people across the country, we're seeing these deep fakes,...

Link to quote: White House Calls Biden Videos 'Fake', Sparking Republican Outrage (msn.com)

As former President Trump took his message to the hood, venturing into the deepest of blue cities, Detroit, getting the endorsement of a former mayor and then going to a Black church, Joe Biden attended a democrat fundraiser in Los Angeles, which included many of Hollywood's elites, such as George Clooney, Julia Roberts and Barbara Streisand. The fundraiser was hosted by late night host Jimmy Kimmel and featured former President Obama. The centerpiece of the event was Biden and Obama doing a 40-minute sit-down with Kimmel. Joe Biden delivered a brief divisive rant in which trashed the Supreme Court of the United States for not making the kind of decisions the radical left wants.

Then another one of those strange things happened again as Joe Biden was about to exit the stage. It appeared to every conscious human being that Obama took Biden and guided him off the stage, never taking his hand off of Biden.

That video went viral. Of course, I'll be called a "liar" here on NT for showing it, but people should be able to come to their own conclusions.

The worst part wasn't the video itself. It was that WH press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, tried to dismiss it. She called the video "a cheap fake."

Let us get one thing straight for the lefties living in a bubble:

That video is not fake!  That is a fact.

You can try to give your own interpretation of what happened, but the film is authentic.

This is exactly what George Orwell tried to warn us about.

You apparently did not see the video of the same scene, but from a few seconds before, when Biden was smiling and waving to the audience , and even turning to face the other side of the auditorium and waving.  To believe "your" video we have to believe that Biden went from being aware and engaged to being in a standing coma within less than 5 seconds.  It is ridiculous, pathetic, and frankly unAmerican for the right to keep spreading this junk.

I wish we didnt have to make lying from right wing media and right wing social media a big campaign issue, but seemingly we have to.

Biden was not frozen, he was looking out at the audience he had been waving to and smiling at a FEW SECONDS before . Maybe he was enjoying the applause. Maybe Obama had to go pee and knew it would be inappropriate for him to walk away from the president. Of course they were going to walk off together.

The few seconds of video you show has no context whatsoever. It just shows Biden standing there and Obama wanting to leave the stage.

We are at the “Biden laptop is Russian disinformation”  stage of trying to cover up damaging information. I'm not sure what the extra context provides. Even with it, Biden still appears to be unfocused. The rest of the national leaders appear to be focused on what they are standing there to do; speaking to the press, apparently. Biden seems to be distracted and unfocused, even with what is called extra content. The Italian Prime Minister has to get him refocused. Had it been Obama, I imagine that the rest of the world leaders present would have simply waited for him to finish speaking to the paratroopers. I don't think it would have crossed any of their minds to interrupt him.

If we want to talk about context, why is it that, so often, Biden has to be guided and handled as often as he does? Surely his handlers know how this is perceived and portrayed by their enemies? And yet, even Obama found it necessary, for whatever reason, to grab the current President of the United States and take him off stage, whether he wanted to leave or not. I cannot imagine Obama standing for such a thing being done to him while he had been president.

So, to answer your question, which comment is a lie, I would say any that claim that Biden isn't quite often distracted, loses his train of thought, confused and generally disoriented. Just the other day, he actually said the word "pause" after a portion of a speech he was giving from a teleprompter that obviously wasn't intended to be read aloud, for goodness sake.

That seems so simple, but the media disagrees:

Just in: The Associated Press has issued a ‘fact check’ on the viral video of Biden freezing up on stage and being led off by Obama. Despite having a video that clearly shows what happened, the AP talked to a ‘source’ about the incident.

“CLAIM: Biden froze onstage during his fundraiser in Los Angeles on Saturday night and had to be led away by Obama.”

“THE FACTS: Biden paused amid cheers and applause as he exited the stage with his predecessor following an interview moderated by late-night host Kimmel.” The AP then cited a “source.” “A source who helped organize, and attended, the fundraiser told the AP that there was nothing noteworthy about this moment and that Obama wanted to be “chummy” by walking offstage with Biden.”

See how they did that.

And because of your objection to policies you seek to elect as PotUS a convicted felon who is the only PotUS in our history to have attempted to steal a US presidential election through fraud, coercion, lying, and incitement.   A pathological lying con-man, malignant narcissist who has demonstrated over and over that he only cares about himself and is willing to throw the nation under the bus to satisfy his personal needs.

Beyond that, he is an entirely unpresidential vindictive loose-cannon asshole who should never be allowed to be the face and voice of our nation and be enabled with such power.

Biden is indeed a lousy candidate and should not be running for reelection at his age,  but Trump (and anyone like him) should never even be considered because he is —as a person— wholly unfit to hold any public office.   (And he is also too old.)

Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian disinformation. Completely false and the FBI knew it.

A former CIA official testified that then- Biden campaign senior adviser, now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken "played a role in the inception" of the public statement signed by current and past intelligence officials that claimed the Hunter Biden laptop was part of a Russian disinformation campaign.

Former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morrell testified before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees, and revealed that Blinken was "the impetus" of the public statement signed in October 2020 that implied the laptop belonging to Hunter Biden was disinformation.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner, R-Ohio, sent a letter to Blinken Thursday, notifying him that the panels are "conducting oversight of federal law-enforcement and intelligence matters within our respective jurisdictions."

"We are examining that public statement signed by 51 former intelligence officials that falsely discredited a New York Post story regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop as supposed Russian disinformation," they wrote. "As part of our oversight, we have learned that you played a role in the inception of this statement while serving as a Biden campaign advisor, and we therefore request your assistance with our oversight."

In October 2020, weeks before the presidential election, dozens of ex-national security officials signed onto a letter claiming that Hunter's laptop had "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation."

The former officials included former Obama CIA Director John Brennan, former Obama DNI James Clapper, and former CIA director, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, among others.

The lawmakers said that based on Morell’s testimony, it is "apparent" that the Biden campaign "played an active role in the origins of the public statement, which had the effect of helping to suppress the Hunter Biden story and preventing American citizens from making a fully informed decision during the 2020 presidential election."

"Although the statement’s signatories have an unquestioned right to free speech and free association—which we do not dispute—their reference to their national security credentials lent weight to the story and suggested access to specialized information unavailable to other Americans," they wrote.

They added: "This concerted effort to minimize and suppress public dissemination of the serious allegations about the Biden family was a grave disservice to all American citizens’ informed participation in our democracy."

WASHINGTON, D.C.  – On July 17, 2023, the House Judiciary Committee and Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government conducted a transcribed interview of Laura Dehmlow, the Section Chief of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF). During her transcribed interview, Dehmlow revealed that the same FBI personnel who were warning social media companies about a potential Russian “hack and leak” operation in the run-up to the 2020 election knew that the laptop belonging to Hunter Biden was not Russian disinformation. After the  New York Post  broke a story based on the contents of the laptop about Biden family influence peddling, the FBI made the institutional decision to refuse to answer direct questions from social media companies about the laptop’s authenticity—despite months of constant information sharing up to that time. Put simply, after the FBI conditioned social media companies to believe that the laptop was the product of a hack-and-dump operation, the Bureau stopped its information sharing, allowing social media companies to conclude that the  New York Post  story was Russian disinformation.

The  Post  published its story early in the morning on October 14. That same day, representatives from the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force attended a previously scheduled meeting with Twitter, during which a Twitter employee asked the FITF about the authenticity of laptop. According to Section Chief Dehmlow’s testimony, an analyst in the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division embedded in FITF began to respond that the laptop was real, when an FBI lawyer interrupted to say that the FBI had “no further comment,” regarding the laptop’s provenance:

Later on October 14, FITF met with Facebook. During the FITF-Facebook meeting, Dehmlow responded to a similar question from a Facebook employee about Hunter Biden’s laptop by stating that the FBI, again, had “no comment.” The FBI made this decision despite being in possession of the laptop and having confirmed its authenticity. According to Dehmlow, multiple personnel on FITF knew that the laptop was real. She testified:

In the hours following publication of the  Post ’s story, Twitter blocked the story from being shared, while Facebook deamplified the story, significantly reducing its circulation and prevalence in users’ newsfeeds. As the federal court in Missouri v. Biden explained in damning language, the FBI’s actions prevented millions of Americans from having a clear understanding about a salient issue in the 2020 presidential election:

The FBI’s failure to alert social-media companies that the Hunter Biden laptop was real, and not mere Russian disinformation, is particularly troubling. The FBI had the laptop in their possession since December 2019 and had warned social-media companies to look for a “hack and dump” operation by the Russians prior to the 2020 election. Even after Facebook specifically asked whether the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation, Dehmlow of the FBI refused to comment, resulting in the social-media companies’ suppression of the story. As a result, millions of U.S. citizens did not hear the story prior to the November 3, 2020 election.

Prior to the presidential election on November 3, 2020, the FBI never formally revealed that the laptop was “real” and in the FBI’s possession. As Dehmlow testified to the Committee, had the Hunter Biden story been a product of an actual Russian disinformation campaign, FITF would have been fully authorized to warn the companies of such a campaign: “But if there is a foreign malign influence operation and we’ve got specific details about how those actors are propagating information operations, influence operations on platforms, that’s something we could share the specific details of.” Instead, the refusal of FBI officials—the very officials who knew the laptop was real—to verify the authenticity of the laptop allowed widespread censorship about an otherwise accurate news story.

Mark Zuckerberg says Facebook restricting a story about Joe Biden's son during the 2020 election was based on FBI misinformation warnings.

The New York Post alleged leaked emails from Hunter Biden's laptop showed the then vice-president was helping his son's business dealings in Ukraine.

Facebook and Twitter restricted sharing of the article, before reversing course amid allegations of censorship.

Zuckerberg said that getting the decision wrong "sucks".

"When we take down something that we're not supposed to, that's the worst," Zuckerberg said in a rare extended media interview on the Joe Rogan podcast.

The New York Post story was released just weeks before the presidential election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, which Mr Biden won.

It claimed that a laptop, abandoned in a repair shop by Hunter Biden, contained emails which included details of Hunter introducing a Ukrainian energy tycoon to his father and arranging a meeting. There is no record on Mr Biden's schedule that such a meeting ever took place.

Critically, it fed into long-running unproven allegations about corruption on Joe Biden's part to ensure his son's business success in Ukraine.

In that context, the New York Post story, based on exclusive data no other news agency had access to, was met with scepticism - and censored by social media outlets.

Zuckerberg told Rogan: "The background here is that the FBI came to us - some folks on our team - and was like 'hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert. We thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election, we have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump that's similar to that'."

He said the FBI did not warn Facebook about the Biden story in particular - only that Facebook thought it "fit that pattern".

A whopping 79 percent of Americans suggest President Donald Trump
likely would have won reelection if voters had known the truth about
Hunter Biden’s laptop—that it was real and not “Russian disinformation,” as
intelligence officials aligned with Joe Biden falsely led the public to
believe, a new national poll reveals.
The survey of 1,335 adults was conducted earlier this month by New Jerseybased Technometrica Institute of Policy and Politics. The vast majority of
those following the issue said they believe that the laptop is real, while
only 11 percent still believe it was created by Russia.

FBI coerced social media platforms on behalf of the Biden administration during the run up to the 2022 election; banning individuals and burying damaging stories.

.

A federal appeals court on Friday   limited the scope   of a district court ruling that restricted communications between government agencies and social media companies, while also finding that several agencies likely violated the First Amendment.

The ruling will make it easier for several federal agencies to communicate with social media companies such as   Meta ,   Google , and X, formerly known as Twitter, to flag concerns they see on the platforms. Still, officials who remain subject to the modified injunction, including those in the White House, must remain careful that their discussions with the platforms won’t be construed as coercive.

The   original case   was brought by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, who alleged that federal officials unduly pressured social media firms to limit speech on their platforms, as they communicated concerns about posts related to the Covid pandemic or elections. Terry A. Doughty, a Donald Trump-appointed chief judge for the Western District of Louisiana, issued an injunction in July that would significantly restrict these kinds of discussions, though he made exceptions for federal officials to warn about national security risks or criminal activity.

The decision had an immediate impact. Following the district court’s order in July, the State Department canceled its standing monthly meeting with Facebook officials on election prep,   The Washington Post r eported.

But on Friday, the three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals said that injunction was too broad. The panel narrowed the federal offices and agencies it could apply to and limited it in scope.

At the same time, the appeals court concluded that the White House, the Surgeon General’s office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation likely violated the First Amendment by coercing social media platforms into moderating posts on their sites. It also said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention likely violated the First Amendment, though its actions were “not plainly coercive.”

Guess you are part of the Harry Reid school of "it worked didn't it" when it comes to lying, coercion, and election interference. So long as it is Democrats doing it that is.

Biden is more guilty than Trump of mishandling and sharing classified information; but isn't being charge. Hur didn't want to be Durhamed by a Democrat judge, and a jury from a TDS driven Democrat controlled bastion of stupidity. Biden broke the law; as did his ghost writer who destroyed classified information and evidence that Biden knowingly shared with him. Of course Garland will never press charges- even with the overwhelming evidence- he is a partisan POS through and through.

Hur’s report says Biden  saved notebooks  from his time as vice president that contained classified information and used them to help Zwonitzer put together his memoir — sometimes reading from them verbatim for more than hour at a time. Biden did that, the report says, despite being aware from when he once suggested that Zwonitzer could be hired as historian for the Office of the Vice President, that the author did not have security clearance. The report details one of the boxes recovered by federal investigators was labeled “mark Z,” and that one recorded conversation with Zwonitzer in 2017 had Biden saying that he’d “just found all the classified stuff downstairs” of a home he was then renting in Virginia.

As for the Biden family taking money from Russia, China, Ukraine, and several ME countries and using shell company LLC's to hide the transactions and funnel money to family members- including Biden; you can google that yourself. Funny how Hunter and Joe's brother aren't being charged with FARA violations for not registering as foreign lobbyists. Ask Michael Flynn how much trouble that can get you in to. But they are Democrats so they are above the law.

The defense department inspector general has uncovered evidence that  Michael Flynn  accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars from foreign interests and governments, despite repeated warnings by the DoD and the justice department that his conduct might be illegal, the Guardian can reveal.

But while pleading guilty in 2017, Flynn also admitted to committing another crime: related to his acceptance of   hundreds of thousands of dollars from the government of Turkey without registering with the justice department as an agent of a foreign government, which   was required by law.

Now, according to people familiar with the confidential findings of the recently completed IG investigation, the Guardian can reveal Flynn was warned years earlier that his acceptance of foreign money and his not registering as a foreign agent likely would be illegal.

I am sure Weiss will get around to filing FARA charges against Hunter and Joe's brother eventually./S

“A house divided against itself cannot stand. I believe this government cannot endure, permanently half slave and half free. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved—I do not expect the house to fall—but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing or all the other.”

That is what this election will determine.

Trump's important trials (those of President Trump rather than private citizen Trump) have been successfully derailed and will likely not take place before the election.   Thus the electorate is denied knowing the legal truth regarding his behavior as PotUS.   I would expect him to be found guilty in all three (Jan 6, GA election interference, and classified docs obstruction).

This is a serious travesty of justice.   We do not have the legal truth and, if Trump is reelected, we never will.  That will mean that Trump will have set a permanent precedent of what a PotUS can get away with.   Horrible for the nation.

An Ecuadorian migrant was arrested Tuesday  for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in a secluded part of a vast Queens park , according to sources.

The migrant, who sources believe entered the country in 2021, was arrested after he allegedly held the girl and a 13-year-old boy at knifepoint with a “machete-style” blade before  carrying out his sickening, broad-daylight act inside Kissena Park  on Thursday afternoon.

The arrest comes after the NYPD blasted out images and footage of the young man they were looking for on Monday night. The department was also offering a $10,000 award for information leading to an arrest.

He was recognized from the wanted flyers by other residents living in the same Queens shelter, who then called the cops.

The suspect approached the two teens and forced them into a secluded area of the Flushing Meadows park. He then tied their wrists with shoelaces before he molested the girl, NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny previously said.

what Biden was doing in the seconds leading up to this so called "freezing".

He waived to the crowd and then froze and stared blankly until Obama grabbed him by the wrist and moved him off stage. That is what the unedited videos (of which there are more than one) show.

Do you not grasp what freezing is? That he was doing something when it occurred is an integral element of it.  Freezing is  detaching  from reality while engaged in an activity. Like waving at the crowd and suddenly disengaging and not reacting to what's around him.

When editing, as is leaving out parts of what happened, what happened, is not the same, nor will it be interpreted the same, so it becomes an inaccurate depiction, also called FICTION, and is a DERELICTION, of ones duty as a pol or a journalist to not accurately present what really actually did happen to happen.

[No.] [] It is your commentary.

Here's the deal folks. Joe Biden is old and slow and shuffling and slurring. He projects nothing but confusion and weakness which are disastrous in someone who is supposed to be the leader of the free world. The American electorate is becoming appalled by this image and is increasingly rejecting his reelection.

It is the duty of every American patriot who believes in preserving our representative form of democracy to point out Biden's unfitness for office by bringing up his shortcomings and lies at every opportunity.

You bring up his shortcomings while ignoring and defending those of Trump.   There is no credibility in such an approach.

Your anti-Trump comments far outnumber your anti-Biden ones. Does that mean YOU are ignoring Biden's shortcomings, as you accuse others of doing with Trump?

Or is it just 'different'?

the number of people who say they will vote for Trump (or Biden) has absolutely nothing--nothing at ALL--to do with the question.

That should tell you something. Can millions of rational and sane American citizens be wrong?

Have you ever considered the possibility your opinions are politically biased and blindly partisan?

The fact that I recognize that there are tens of millions of people who intend to vote for Trump means, by definition, that I "fathom the idea" that others may find more fault with Biden than Trump.

That fact is one of the major problems with the electorate today.

Can millions of rational and sane American citizens be wrong?

Are you aware of the argumentum ad populum fallacy?

Tens of millions of Americans believe the Earth is less than 10,000 years old.    Does that mean they are correct?

In the 17th century and earlier, people believed the Earth was the center of the universe.

Yeah, Greg, it is entirely possible that millions of rational and sane Americans can be wrong about Trump.    This is easily accomplished with confirmation bias.   Especially when a cultish environment has formed.

Hey Greg, ALL of US contain [political bias], we just can't seem to afford to keep up with Trump $135,000.00 per to buy ass, but you throw in the $Ninety or so MILLION for Carol , and the art of the deal, is slightly out of somes price range. We are all Partisan asz well, and some Partidaughters, sometimes you can even tell.

Now i am admittedly a very biased Independent, and on occasion can see my partisanship sail on through, so, how about you ? Cause i don't see, or agree, that TiGs' opines are too inclined to show much bias, as hes too logical and an in depth thinker with introspect, to not critically think about that which he wishes to share and expose, as you deflect, and he wanted NH over Biden, so he being partisan would not fit, but i'll let him, if he should so choose, show you another argumeant for you to lose, as between you too , and i'll battle with N E 1, but since he and i are usally on the same page, it is more fun, and i need not have to think so much as it might send me in to a rage, i just wish i knew what book that page was on again, and also

i rarely know when to say when....

one more thing or two, when are Trumpers in the millions, rational anD sane, unless you take them, and put them IRR and IN

"So no one can be truly nonpartisan?"

That depends on what the issue is.  For example, I'm quite capable of being non-partisan when it comes to American politics, although how they might affect me or my loved ones personally might have some influence.  However, when it comes to Israel I'm partisan as hell and I'm not embarrassed by it.

Nor should you be, as it is something held dear to you, and since I am not well read on the events there, I was a tad ambiguous the other evening, and not stated disrespectfully, as I believe Thomas was correct in the overall motive for the wordings, seemed stated to push one to take a side, which I cannot without further knowledge, currently do in good faith. But I do respect your passion for 'your' people, as I was part of my fathers significant others Jewish celebrations, and can appreciate your perspective.

My perspective is also molded by personal Israel experiences that I have often related on this site, which is one of the reasons I give little credence to those whose opinions about Israel are stated with no personal experience in or about Israel.
