As many as he was allowed to based on the open positions on the court. Not sure why you are asking this question and the same up in 2.1.4 as each president while in office is allowed and expected to nominate candidates to SCOTUS based on the openings. Just because Biden has only had one opening on SCOTUS isn't good or bad, it's just the way it falls sometimes.

Someone is suggesting that Biden wants to stack the SCOTUS. Well, doesn't look like he's going to get that opportunity is he? So all this arm waving and tear jerking from some is just a bunch of nonsense
There have been a few Democrats who have spoken and pushed for expanding the current number of justices on SCOTUS in order to as they put it, balance the court. So far Biden has not gone along with any attempts to expand the number of justices in order to "pack" the court. Have to give Biden the credit for not going along with that idea.
But thanks for the lead-in statement, I didn't go back far enough to see the entire conversation. With the current setup, there's no way any president could stack the court with far left or far right judges unless the entire court was killed in some sort of incident and there would be a need to build the entire court again. Sounds to me like a plot to a rather poorly written story.
Actually it almost sounds like the premise of "Designated Survivor"
The issue is the unconstitutional assault on the separation of powers (the President and Congress don't decide how long a justice serves, the Constitution does) and is undoubtedly designed to allow Biden to replace the longest serving Justices, who just happen to be Thomas, Roberts, Alito, with progressive ones. It' insane for a President to claim the power to do this. No different than the Supreme Court claiming Biden can only serve two years because he's too old.
Let's see Democrats propose this if Trump wins the election. Crazy how Democrats only want to "fix" or expand the Court when they get to choose the new justices.
