AFA signs letter praising Trump for accomplishments
“you have kept your promises to the voters that elected you.” The list of signers is a predictable who’s who of names and organizations familiar to OneNewsNow readers: Alliance Defending Freedom, Concerned Women for America, Competitive Enterprise Institute, Susan B. Anthony List, Family Research Council, Media Research Center, and Center for Military Readiness.

What an awesome and great job our President has done.  These fine American groups signing this letter are awesome all American groups who all Americans are proud to associate with and be a part of.  These organizations recognize greatness in America and are themselves great pro and all Americans.  I’m proud to be affiliated with all the fine groups listed in the article supporting our President.

With the 2020 election now 10 months away, more than 140 conservative figures have signed a letter praising President Donald Trump for the accomplishments of his administration.

The letter from the  Conservative Action Project , a coalition of right-leaning leaders, lists 34 specific achievements of the first-term Trump administration. ( Read the letter )

“From a booming economy, to stronger protections at the border, to implementing strong protections for the unborn, to nominating constitutionalist judges to the federal bench,” the letter reads, “you have kept your promises to the voters that elected you.”

The list of signers is a predictable who’s who of names and organizations familiar to OneNewsNow readers: Alliance Defending Freedom, Concerned Women for America, Competitive Enterprise Institute, Susan B. Anthony List, Family Research Council, Media Research Center, and Center for Military Readiness.

Tim Wildmon, president of  American Family Association , signed on behalf of the Mississippi-based ministry.

“I'm very proud to sign the letter to President Trump with a lot of my conservative colleagues,” Wildmon tells OneNewsNow, “because President Trump has kept his promises to the Christian community and to conservatives in general.”

OneNewsNow is operated by American Family News, a division of AFA.

Wildmon, who hosts a radio show on American Family Radio, has told listeners that then-candidate Donald Trump was not his first choice for the Republican nomination, a view likely shared by others who signed the letter. But the AFA president has also reminded his audience that the ballot contained only two names on Election Day.

Wildmon has also remarked that he disagrees with President Trump’s tone and language but often credits Trump for his accomplishments so far.

Wildmon tells OneNewsNow he's grateful the president is surrounded by evangelical leaders, including Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo among others.

In addition to Wildmon’s signature, Rob Chambers of AFA Action signed the letter, too. Chambers says the number and depth of conservative supporters in the letter counters recent headlines of a supposed split in the evangelical community.

“I believe that this so-called split with the evangelical base, I believe that’s blown way out of proportion,” Chambers tells OneNewsNow.

The left-wing media, for example, praised Christianity Today for an editorial calling for Trump’s impeachment, claiming the publication was widely read and respected by Evangelicals and hence the stance posed a problem for Trump as he eyes re-election this year.

Trump enjoyed a record-breaking 80 percent of evangelical support on Election Day according to exit polls.

“You have a small contingency in this camp categorized as Never-Trumpers,” Chambers counters.

The letter was signed by a third AFA figure, radio host Sandy Rios.

This 'president' has accomplished nothing for the people.  He is supposed to help all people, not just the ones who voted for him.  He only accomplishes things that benefits himself and those who paid for their posts and those who line his pockets.

Had the followers of Jim Jones has just flipped him the bird instead of blindly drinking the Kool Aid, they might have lived and realized what a tool he was.  We who oppose Trump will never drink his Kool Aid.

Because they are designated as hate groups, some of them, I don't know about all of them.  Check with the SPLC.

I'm not on NewStalkers all night and all day (like you seem to be) to answer your questions.

I don’t often at all log out so I’m really not here all that much on weekdays.  As to the reference to the SPLC, they are themselves a bigoted terrorist inspiring hate group that has been proven to be itself racist, misogynistic, and corrupt. Only brain dead idiots take seriously anything they say or their juvenile ratings tantrums against those of us who proudly disagree with them and their ideology

Fine charitable groups?  Made up of great and ordinary Americans such as myself?  I identify and self affiliate with each and every one of the listed organizations and do so proudly.  I stand with each and their mission.
