Two cops hurt, suspect killed in bizarre Philadelphia shooting spree

The wild night began at about 11:20 p.m. ET Friday, when Sgt. Sylvia Young was ambushed with up to 15 bullets fired at her patrol car, said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross.

The shooter's next stop was a nearby bar, where he shot a security guard in the leg. The man then grabbed a female patron and used her as a shield before shooting her in the leg as well, according to Ross. The security guard and the female patron were in stable condition, officials said.

"Clearly, we have a lot of unanswered questions," Ross said. "This is a completely bizarre situation."

"All in all, it was a really terrible, scary night," Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said.

Part of the predicted pattern of increased violence 9/16-9/17.

Kirish, what predicted pattern of increased violence?

Bizarre? Maybe, but ambushing cops seems to be the new way to protest these days.

Taken out of context...perhaps.

But it was part of a pattern of violence on 9/16 & 9/17-- link on NT

1-  Israel Suffers Four Attacks In 24 Hours

2-  Device Explodes At Marine Race On Jersey Shore

3-  Explosion In NY Injures 25

There were probably more, I have to look for them.

OK, got it. I hadn't see the article on the NY explosion injuring 25.

Any of these could have happened some day-- but they all happened on these two days. And they were unusual.

For example, the four attacks in Israel. While there had been some in the past (usually only one in a day-- they've tapered off recently:

The bevy of attacks revived  a wave of Israeli-Palestinian bloodshed  that began last September but had tapered off in recent months...

There have been various minor terror attacks in the U.S., cops shooting inncent civilians, cops being shot, etc. But NY has been quiet in this for a long time.

The attack on the Marine Corps race? it looks like the perp was a Boston Marathon bomber wannabee-- but this sort of thing has been rare-- almost non-existant in the U.S.

And the Philadelphia attack had some unusual features.

True, any one of these could happen on any given day-- but there were so many in this period.

So here's the thing-- I predicted there would be some sort of unusual (& excessive) violence in the world on 9/16, 9/17. I had no idea what would occur-- or where. I thought it might be increase in terrorism somewhere, perhaps an usually violent crime, perhaps a horrendous earthquake-- maybe even an assassination attempt on Trump or Hillary. But i knew the odds were that there would be some things that were dangerous-- and violent). But I saw extremely strong evidence these sorts of things would happen during this time period. Infact, I even bought some shares of a relevant stock in advance.  I was so sure I was going to post my predictions in advance so they could be checked, but was lazy and decided not to.The only "evidence" I have: I did mention it in advance in a 'phone conversation I had with Perrie...)

Krish - add this to your list:

2 Fort Worth officers shot while responding to call; suspected shooter dead

There are still a few 'ambush' theories being considered, but it's possible that I'm the only one considering them.

I'm not ashamed to embrace my conspiratorial tendencies...at least while John can't respond.  He always makes me feel silly for having them.  I'll be swinging from the doomsday and conspiracy rafters until 4:00 tomorrow.

I missed that...why is he absent? Was it voluntary-- or was he finally punished for his evil ways?

Just my opinion, but that doesn't seem like a far out "conspiracy theory" to me. I think at least one of the recent police shootings involved an "ambush" (police being lured to the scene with a phone call about domestic violence or something similar-- when it was just a ruse to get cops to show up so they could be shot at). Actually, there might have been more than one like that, that actually was an ambush.

How are these events any different from the many shootings of cops within the past 2 months ?

This is different in that so many of these incidents occurred (at different geographical areas) within this short period of 9/16-17.

Also, only two were attacks on cops. The others were not-- an attack on a foot race, a bombing on civilians in Syria, an explosive device placed on the streets of NY, attacks in Israel-- all not attacks on U.S. cops.

And now this

Nine Hurt in Minnesota Mall Knife Attack

Nine people were hurt in a knife rampage at a Minnesota mall during which the attacker made references to Allah, authorities said.

"We're currently investigating this as a potential act of terrorism, and I do say 'potential,'" FBI agent Richard Thornton, of the agency's Minneapolis office, said at the news conference.

Oooops-- I almost forget this one!  Syria Says U.S.-Led Jets Hit Its Troops, Dozens Reported Killed

(While I tend not to trust anything Syria says-- there may be some truth to this. if so-- its a major story. And yes...part of the pattern.)

There was a scroll about it on CNN a few minutes ago that looked like some sort of apology had been given by the US.  I only caught the tail-end of it, so I can't be sure.

This explosion of violence was predicted.  For 9/16 & 9/17, but often spill over to the next day or occasionally several.

And there's more news-- yet another attack that totally fits the pattern (all this is no coincidence):

Two of the incidents, the Manhattan explosion and the bomb at the Marine race, could be tied together.

The Philly shooting was really strange. Ambushing a cop than running into a bar, shooting two people there. Then shooting into a car, killing one and the other in critical condition...This whole shooting seems to be really bizarre.

Maybe-- they don't know yet. (But I believe officials in NY say they now know the blast was not an accident).

But even if they were tied together-- what about all the other acts of violence today? Suddenly 4 terror attacks in israel after a period of calm. Possible U.S airstrikes in Syria killing civilians?

I will look for an article predicting acts of violence on 9/16 and 9/17 ...correlating with the eclipse. It mst be on some Astrology sites...

I know people are skeptical about Astrology, but I've been studying it for over 25 years to see if it has any validity-- and if so, can it be used practically. And how. I discovered a few things:

1-There is some validity to it-- but its not what most people think.

2. Its incredably complex-- you can study it for ten years and just begun to grasp it.

3. I don't follow the Astrology of what's going on in the world much. Rather, I focus mainly on that which effects me personally.

4. However, I do look at major trends. Recently there was a major eclipse-- the theme was fear and danger. So I looked into it a bit. (Not easy to tell exactly what would happen or where--but just the general nature of events. fear, danger, violence.)

5. I had thought it could be a major terror attack, attack on cops, police violence, horrendous earthquake or other violence, a major terror attack or series of attacks, or major new war or escalation. But I didn't know what. So I took precautions for myself-- avoid dangerous neighbourhoods, if there's an angry encounter just walk away, be careful with dangerous things like knives, etc.

I addition, I checked to see if there was any stock I could buy that would rise as a result. So I bought more of a defense company-- the shares rise on these sorts of threats.

At least in Israel the government and the media SAY who the perpetrators of this wave of violence were. Elsewhere, it is forbidden to identify, especially....
