Global Warming If No Action Is Taken
The illustration shows the impact of global warming by the end of this century. Two hundred or more 95 + degree days every year throughout most of South America and Africa, half of Austrailia and India and southeast Asia would also experience extreme heat for seven or eight months a year. In the US, almost the entire nation would be facing 2 to 4 months of 95 degree heat daily, and in the southern half of the country it would be 3 to 6 months of constant overpowering daytime heat. A similar fate awaits much of Europe.
Our grandchildren and great grandchildren will be alive in 2080 to 2099, is our legacy to them going to be to turn them into blistered tomatoes or dried up leather?

Things could get worse if countries fail to take action
If the world’s nations took no action on global warming, and emissions continued to rise at the same pace they did in the first decade of this century — with total global warming of 7.2 degrees Fahrenheit or more — extremely hot days would become much more commonplace
"In countries without widespread cooling, heat deaths rise more sharply during the hottest days. One study estimated that heat deaths in India increase by 3.2 percent for every 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit above 68 (or every 1 degree Celsius above 20). Energy use in many countries may rise sharply as people struggle to adapt to a hotter climate.
Other scientists have found that corn and soybean yields in the United States plummet precipitously when temperatures rise above 84 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius), and that worker productivity declines sharply , particularly for outdoor jobs. And researchers are trying to understand how crime and conflict might rise as temperatures increase.
Ultimately, people will be better able to adapt if they have a better idea of what individual cities and regions can expect, said Trevor Houser, who co-directs the Climate Impact Lab. In the United States, some urban planners are already experimenting with techniques like adding green spaces or increasing the reflectivity of rooftops to cool down city centers during heat waves.
“Right now, when you start talking to people about higher temperatures, they tend to think, great, more beach days,” said Solomon Hsiang, a professor of public policy at the University of California, Berkeley who helps direct the lab. “What’s often less appreciated is just how much an extremely hot day can distort our lives in all sorts of ways we don’t often even think about.”"
Not a problem we are moving on.
Stephen Hawking: Earth is in peril, it's time to get out of Dodge
One good thing about global warming. It will create an exodus of the population back to the northern cities as people grow tired of baking in 100 degree heat for half their lives.
Fortunately we have AC down here and nuclear plants to run it.
Let's see how happy the 2099 generation is when they can't step outside half the year. They'd probably be ready to skin you alive.
Good luck with that. If I'm still around in 2099, it will only be because I've turned into some sort of all powerful undead.
I didn't think you cared about the coming generations. Now you have verified it.
Why should I care about them if they want to skin me alive? Clearly they are brutal monsters.
It's not Global Warming Anymore. After it was proven the Earth is actually cooling they had to change it to "climate change" to further the objective. Why can't you people stick to your own narrative?
Oh and here is the info on the Earth cooling again from the NASA Earth Observatory in case you are interested in the truth.
This is a serious topic. Whether you believe that global warming is caused by man or not, it is happening. The only good news that I have heard is that the sun is going to be going through a cooling period. Let's hope it happens before the ice melts and we start to have another global dust bowl.

Sounds like a plan.
Your kids aren't dying though, their kids won't die of climate change, we are talking thousands of years maybe more before man makes that type of impact. That is hysterical to believe we are a generation from certain death or even a couple generations from the end of mankind. - See more at:
How do you know? What proof do you have? You claim that scientist have no proof, but neither do you. The fact is that the earth IS getting hotter. Why not take precautions?
If you find a mole on your leg, why not just amputate? Why take a chance?
