OMG this poor man. I really want to try think of something innocent that would explain this bizarre moment, but there just isn't anything else that comes to mind.

I think the pause was checking to see if it could be felt running down his leg , experience tells me that if thats the case , the clenched buttcheek stiff walk is too late.....
