SHe is not a 'public' servant. She is a private citizen trying to do her job. I would love to know what precipitated her NOT selling him cigarettes. I once worked 3rd shift a convenience store gas station & there were times when it got scary. Lucky for me the police station was across the street & they regularly checked on me.
To be honest, I hope that the clerk was transferred to another location. That creep had (or has) every intention of finishing their little tête-à-tête after he was/is released.
