President Barack Obama does not plan on giving peas a chance. At least not in his guacamole.
The leader of the free world weighed in on the heated debate Wednesday, after The New York Times urged their readers to sample guacamole with peas.

Dear Friend Pat Wilson: I took a neighbor to the grocery store this week.
She is elderly, cannot drive, lift heavy packages, bend or flex for merchandise on certain shelves.
While in the produce department, I asked if she wanted me to take a pea for guacamole?
She replied, never take a pea for guacamole. Take a leek instead.
