It's Time to Turn the Hunters Into the Hunted
Now there is one thing left to do. It's time to relentlessly demand justice. It's time to play the Democrats' game. If it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander. Barr must name special counsels to investigate the endless scandals of the Democrats. It's time to investigate Russiagate, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act scandal, the unmasking scandal and the FBI and DOJ officials who perpetrated this collusion hoax on the American people. But why stop there?

I wrote the best-selling business book "The Power of Relentless" four years ago. After a lifetime of studying business leaders, I concluded that being "relentless" is the No. 1 trait that leads to success. And I named Donald J. Trump the most relentless human being in modern history.

Soon after, Trump was elected president against all odds.

Don't look now, but Trump is proving it all over again. We've just experienced the greatest week in the history of the relentless Donald J. Trump's presidency.

First, of course, Trump was exonerated and vindicated after the most corrupt hoax in the history of U.S. politics. There never was "Russian collusion."

Even Robert Mueller -- a Trump-hater with a team of vicious Democrat-donor prosecutors -- had to admit that. And as brilliant Attorney General William Barr explained, without "collusion," there can't be obstruction of justice.

Trump wins -- again. That's relentless.

Poor, poor liberals. After two years, more than $25 million and thousands of hours of obsession by Mueller and the liberal media, all they got was a crummy T-shirt.

But then it got better. Way better.

On Monday, the Department of Justice announced that it is urging an appeals court to side with a federal judge who ruled Obamacare is unconstitutional. The administration argues the entire Affordable Care Act should be struck down. DOJ lawyers are pushing for an end to Obamacare. You didn't see that coming, did you? That's relentless.

Next, the Pentagon notified Congress that it had authorized the first $1 billion for Trump to build his wall. This money will be used to build 57 miles of new wall and fencing along the Yuma and El Paso sections of the border.

Construction will begin immediately. Didn't liberals claim Trump would never build his wall? That's relentless.

This money is just the start of the release of military funds that will occur thanks to Trump's emergency order -- you know, the one this columnist first recommended to the president back in November. What an honor to be a part of history.

Finally, Trump has announced he'll sign a new executive order to recognize Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights, a strip of land central to Israel's security. Trump loves Israel. He just cemented his legacy as the greatest U.S. president ever to the Jewish people. Contrast this with nine Democrat presidential candidates boycotting the American Israel Public Affairs Committee this week.

Trump has single-handedly changed the dynamic between Jews and the Democratic Party. That's relentless.

Name special counsels to investigate Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, the Uranium One deal and the Barack Obama IRS scandal. It's time for Clinton, Obama, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, John Brennan, James Clapper, Ben Rhodes and so many others to pay for their awful crimes.

It's time to turn the hunters into the hunted. It's time to relentlessly special counsel the Democratic Party into oblivion.

So by your logic, we should be relentlessly going after everyone who was involved in the Benghazi investigations.  Talk about hypocrisy.

The author is a Las Vegas newspaper 🗞 columnist and the source is Town Hall. It would seem that the newspaper, Town Hall, and Real Clear Politics all seem to value his opinion on enough key topics to regularly carry his articles.  That a liberal calls him a conspiracy theorist means less than nothing to us conservatives except possibly to seed even more of his stuff here because you think that.  We will not have our choices of media sources and sites limited by what liberals or the msm think of them.

False charges?  Go for it.  Release the report and we shall see.  There is a reason republicans are trying so hard to keep it from the public as long as possible.  But some congressional committees can (and will) subpoena the full report with minimal redactions.  There are legal bars of proof, and there are actual actions that we can see for ourselves, Trump isn't innocent, he didn't meet the Mueller bar for prosecution.  I hope republicans do try to investigate, they are famous for their unintended consequences, one of which will be more public debate about the Trump campaign's actions.  Which are problematic.  Still waiting for Putin to tell us what he and Trump discussed with no Americans in those meetings, by the way.  Lots of things to investigate.

"Preponderance of evidence." - "Clear and convincing evidence." - "Beyond reasonable doubt."

Those are the LEGAL standards of guilt.  Mueller's bar was set against those standards.  AG Barr is acting as he is authorized to act - as the United States Attorney General and it is HIS decision as to what/whether any information is released - not the Dems in their high chairs - and THAT is the law.

28 CFR § 600.8 - Notification and reports by the Special Counsel.

(c) Closing documentation.  At the conclusion of the Special Counsel's work, he or she shall provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel.

28 CFR § 600.9 - Notification and reports by the Attorney General.

(a)   The Attorney General will notify the Chairman and Ranking Minority Member of the Judiciary Committees of each House of   Congress , with an explanation for each action -

(1)   Upon appointing a Special Counsel;

(2)   Upon removing any Special Counsel; and

(3)  Upon conclusion of the Special Counsels investigation, including, to the extent consistent with applicable law, a description and explanation of instances (if any) in which the Attorney General concluded that a proposed action by a Special Counsel was so inappropriate or unwarranted under established Departmental practices that it should not be pursued.

(b)  The notification requirement in  paragraph (a)(1)  of this section may be tolled by the Attorney General upon a finding that legitimate investigative or privacy concerns require confidentiality. At such time as confidentiality is no longer needed, the notification will be provided.

(c)   The Attorney General may determine that public release of these reports would be in the public interest, to the extent that release would comply with applicable legal restrictions. All other releases of information by any   Department of Justice   employee, including the Special Counsel and staff, concerning matters handled by Special Counsels shall be governed by the generally applicable Departmental guidelines concerning public comment with respect to any criminal investigation, and relevant law.

I didn't need that tutorial on the special counsel, and it changes nothing I said.   And at least certain congressional committees are entitled to the FULL unredacted report.  Part of their job goes beyond the legal standards to the ethical and they can actually decide if a president's actions constitute high crimes and misdemeanors, so enjoy that.  Since oversight of the executive branch is part of their jobs, they need all of the information, so Barr's attempts to keep it secret won't work with them.  Even if it takes the courts.

This is for XD, who doesn't pay attention to what republicans say and do.  McConnell is against the report getting out with help from  Randy.

I read the damn article and know why they blocked it (I'm not afraid to put up the whole article), that is not the point, put up their own bill if they want a fake investigation, but they don't have the power to do another Benghazi.    That whole 'investigate the investigators' is pure Trumpublican bullshit.  Maybe after they get the full Mueller report they can see if their questions were answered.  But that is a fake narrative by Trump and the gop to deflect. Pushed by WH Fox Propaganda.

Trump was exonerated and we have nothing to hide except according to the law regarding grand jury testimony rules and intelligence methods that need to remain top secret. We still need to get to the bottom of why the bogus attempt at an illegal takedown of our government happened.

if we are to restore equal justice under the law and regain trust in the fbi and doj?

Couldn't decide so went with all three?  Or do you think they are all the same?  I'm sorry but your fake narrative of biased investigations and a 'coup' is bullshit.  Nothing more than Trump farts from Putin to make a fake narrative to spread and try to confuse everybody before the Mueller report comes out.   And there is STILL more than enough for investigations into Trump and Russia.  You act like you know what the Mueller report says.  We've all seen Trump with Putin and this is not the end of his problems.   Coup, that's a new one, lol.  Did you miss Obama's 8 years and the gop modus operandi the whole time?  Karma might be a better word.  Except Trump actually does bad things.

Obama and his criminal stooges Rhodes, Brennan, Rice, Clapper, McCabe, Strozk, and others should all be tried and convicted if justice is to prevail.  this was a coup attempt to overturn an election.

There are only two wings now in the Democratic Party, the Stalinists and the Communists.  Obama returned to his communist revolutionary training to plot this conspiracy not just against Trump, but an attempt to destroy Conservatism and all conservatives in this country.
