Well it won't , until someone grabs the microphone , from his "cold dead hands". Trump is great at quiting when it comes to paying his bills, helping out US Citizens with Monetary relief, and answering "tough" questions on 60 minutes, or say telling Russia and Putin to lay the FCK OFF our bounty laden Service men and such, but when it is time for him to quit being POTUS, and he then refuses to quit, That's when the POS needs to be thrown out on his asz, on his way to Club Fed, cause the US of A won't be rightly safe, till Trump is actually pronounced DOA ( Departed Out AMERICA) and heads back to his Motherland, where he will be Putin on his knee pads and padded chin strap pin on his own gear will be old Glad Vadd, as he assumes the position that's in the rear .

Short lines to no lines in Texas . The red wave never going to happen. Texas is going blue. We all voted for Biden. We have already waited in really long lines to vote for Biden. It’s a done deal. Texas is going blue. There is nothing Trump can do about it now. Too little. Too late

Probably most people feelthat people in the Stock market are most concerned about the Election for President. But it turns out that many (most?) of them are more interested in the elections for Congress (and of course the policies of the Fed).

Regardless of their personal political views, it seems they feel what will effect the market the most are the Congressional elections.

Not reading any reports of any major issues with in person voting yet.

Also there's this:

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, who has presided over several lawsuits aimed at Postal Service election mail delays, gave the Postal Service until 3 p.m. to "ensure that no ballots have been held up" in regions that have been slow to process mail ballots. The order applies to areas within the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Texas, Florida and Arizona.

Georgia shaping up to be a very influential swing state. Even if Trump could get all the toss up states he needed, if Georgia goes blue the path becomes very problematic to 270.

Alternately despite polls showing Biden well in front in Pennsylvania - that's a state I just don't trust the polls in until the final votes are counted.

With the Rust belt and upper midwest hovering in the 50's today - if distancing makes for long slow lines with people forced to wait hours outside who knows what it's going to do to turnout. Would it help Biden since he had more mail in voters or hurt him - since his voters are in precincts more likely to have longer lines?

Okay, my friends, obviously I'm not as experienced or involved as you guys, so I'll try to closet my paranoia about this.  But, the funny thing is that I believe it would be financially beneficial for me to support Trump, because the XL Pipeline is very important to the Canadian economy and could make a difference in the conversion value of my Canadian pension dollars, and his outstanding support for Israel.  However, notwithstanding that, I really hope Trump loses for a lot more reasons.

Florida was only a hope, but the results there are no surprise.  On the TV news here I watched a lot of interviews with residents there and I could see it coming.  As well, the golf condo I owned there with my brother was next door to a typical Florida native who couldn't wait to meet me and show me his pistol, probably the first one I ever saw close up except for the cap gun and water pistol I had as a kid.  Legally owned pistols were rarely legally owned by ordinary citizens in Canada and non-existent where I am now.  Paradoxically, I defended clients in criminal matters only twice in my career, and one of them was for the illegal possession of a pistol.

I've checked the vote map on the internet and it is far different than the one here on NT. And now TX has gone red. Which is what I thought might happen, but, had hoped that it might stay blue.

I have been around guns as long as I can remember, as my Father was a police officer for 15 years and a Texas Ranger for 4. Since my Father had to keep his weapons in our home, he taught me and my older Brother how to take care of them and how to fire them, so that we would have respect for them, and how to safely handle and use them. Even my Mother had a gun, a small Derringer that shot .22 hollow point ammo. It was little, but, it sure made a big hole. My Father bought her the gun when they first married, as he was in the Army Air Corps during WWII and she was alone a good deal of the time then, so he wanted her to be able to defend herself when he was on base.

He said stop the voting NOT stop the counting. Meaning, FFS can't believe I have to explain this, that they needed to stop accepting votes beyond the election day deadline.

If he loses, we all knew he would never go quietly into the night.

The fact that he doesn't want votes counted should sound alarm bells for some people.

Sadly it will probably will not. Some are going to yell and scream fraud and try to pull every trick the book.

The Trump campaign has filed lawsuits in Michigan and Pennsylvania to stop the vote counting .

You've been misinformed.  The Trump campaign filed suit in Nevada last week which demanded that the counting of all early ballots be stopped immediately.  Source

I think the judge told him to blow it out his big bazoo.

Butt, the gop lost the Presidency and has not actually retained the Senate. Nancy Pelosi will though be Speaker. Georgia will have a run off for a Senate seat and so Harris may be Democrat's fifty first vote. Remember that the Independent Senators vote Democratic...

Your beloved Nancy isn't in favor with your squad, so look for a lot of infighting among Democrats

Pelosi has not done Democrats any favors as far as winning seats goes.

I believe you got that all wrong, bassackwards!

When Democrats passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 President Johnson ominously said, "We (Democrats) just lost the South for a generation". Actually, it turned out to be for much longer...

Is it any wonder the once Grand Old Party of Abe Lincoln is now known merely as the gop?

O never claimed there would be one.

in fact, if you check out any of my posts, you would see i never claimed one. in fact, I explicitly stated that I wouldn't be surprised if Biden won by 10 points or if Trump pulled off another upset, nor have I been saying that the GOP would win anything in a landslide. so maybe you should direct your questions to someone else.

I am not sure i have any confidence in someone who thinks overall popular vote totals for Congress matters more than seats won or lost has any expertise or even grasps the crude fundamentals of how elections occur hereby if you feel you have a firm grasp on the basics, go for it. but since I gave known that since I was about 14, why waste your time?

9 or 10 depending on the source

This one claims 10 but only lists 9  including Gerry Ford who never won an Presidential election in the first place.

There were 12 one term Presidents not including Kennedy.

Not  sure where they count Grover Cleveland, who won, lost then won again 4 years later.
