Dems used COVID to take the WH and more
“It’s all enough to make you wonder if Democrats might be using COVID for political advantage,” the Fox personality pondered. “The question is, why are Republicans in Congress still playing along with it? Because they’re afraid of being called science deniers by people who think men can have babies? Because they worry Willie Brown’s girlfriend will say something mean about them on MSNBC? Seriously? What is going on here?”

Democrats are ruining America.  They are using the virus they paid China to create to take over America in a coordinated planned coup. Now they are becoming a dictatorship.  They are using the lamestream media and big tech social media as agents and tools in the process.  They are creating an Orwellian dystopia.

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson has called out Democrats for using COVID-19 as a political weapon to take over the White House and gain control of America … forever.

“The pandemic has been awfully good to the Democrats so far – their allies in the federal bureaucracy helped to create the virus in the first place, with ghoulish taxpayer-funded experiments in China,” the host of Tucker Carlson Tonight said, according to Fox News . “Once the virus came here, they rode the panic all the way to the White House and control of Congress – not to mention to a socialized economy. Now they’re betting coronavirus will help them keep power forever. [T]hink carefully about the last 18 months – all of it, including the part where they told you BLM riots couldn’t spread [COVID].”

Concerning the 2020 Presidential Election, he alluded to conservatives’ argument that Democrats used COVID-19 to push the widespread use of mail-in/absentee ballots to their advantage so voter fraud could go undetected.

Do what I say … no questions asked …

Carlson called upon Americans to take note of how Democrats continue to plunge the nation into a downward spiral footed in their madness.

“Last night we thought we’d reached an all-time high water mark when we told you that Willie Brown’s girlfriend has decided that she knows more about COVID than the physicians and nurses who treat it … that would be Kamala Harris   – a person with no adult skills, who can’t figure out how to pronounce her own first name – [who] is now issuing medical directives to medical doctors and demanding they obey,” Carlson said. “The media, meanwhile, seem to think that’s perfectly normal – that’s how bonkers things have become – and yet, it all seems to be accelerating.”

He went on to address the excessive COVID precautions taken by the head of the United States Armed Forces.

“Today, the secretary of defense appeared in public wearing a costume: That’s Mr. Lloyd Austin, ladies, and gentlemen – the man in charge of our weapons systems,” the conservative host noted. “What’s he got on? Is that a welder’s mask? A dental visor? Has Lloyd Austin been cleaning teeth this morning? Nope. It looks like Austin is just terrified of COVID. So why doesn’t he lose weight? Quite a bit of weight, actually. Good question. That would be the rational response, so of course, he hasn’t even considered it.”

“Lloyd Austin got the vaccine, but he’s still so petrified of corona that he’s put a windshield over his face and demanded that all of his dutiful little minions do the same – an entire army of dental hygienists. Watch out, China – if you move against Taiwan, we’ll scrape the tartar off your molars.”

He mused at the irony of the leader of the world’s most powerful military cowering to a virus he has been vaccinated against.

“And yet, even after all those comically elaborate precautions, Lloyd Austin still looks scared for his life,” Carlson continued. “He bumps people’s hands instead of shaking them. How long before Lloyd Austin is wearing surgical gloves in the shower and zip-tying garbage bags around his feet? The United States Military is being run by a neurotic cat lady.”

Dems’ puppet government

It was then stressed that Democrats in every branch of government are using alarmist scare tactics and the rigid enforcement of restrictions to seize power and set up a communist-like state.

“[On Thursday], 81-year-old Nancy Pelosi announced that anyone caught without a paper obedience mask in the House of Representatives will be subject to arrest – finally, a crime Democrats plan to punish,” Carlson recounted. “The science demands this response, Pelosi explained – it’s straight from the CDC.”

“Really? No offense to Nancy Pelosi, but we figured we should check for ourselves, so we did, and this is what the CDC said: ‘Thank you for your request. The first publication of this data from CDC is coming tomorrow.’"

Carlson summed up the government’s overreach concerning COVID restrictions.

“You can now be arrested for violating scientific guidelines that scientists have not explained – your kids will suffocate in class for 10 hours a day – all next year – and no one will tell you why it’s necessary,” he warned. “The teachers’ unions want this to happen.”

Pelosi was brought up again to shed light on the Biden administration’s COVID police state and how Democrats get a free pass.

“[W]e’re not the COVID cops – Nancy Pelosi is,” Carlson impressed. “She’s the chief of the force – except when she’s at the hairdresser’s – and yet somehow Chief Pelosi is letting [Rep.] Jerry Nadler [D-N.Y.] skate. Montana Rep. Matt Rosendale just [released] footage of Nadler lumbering through the Capitol mask-less. His face is naked to the world – a felony in progress, but no arrest. The perp got away.”

Similar hypocrisy was seen when the Capitol physician was criticized for briefing House members on the new mask mandate while not wearing a mask himself.

Carlson mentioned how Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) called out House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) by asking why Republicans are allowing Pelosi politicize science to bring about a one-party state, but the leader from California gave little defense, according to Politico .

Say it ain’t so, Joe

With President Joe Biden’s announcement on Thursday that the COVID vaccine – which is not approved by the FDA – is now mandatory for all federal workers, federal contractors and the military, with companies – including Facebook, Google, Netflix and the Washington Post announcing identical mandates – Americans’ freedom to make their own health decisions is being stripped away.

“And I hope all Americans who live in areas with substantial or high case rates will follow the mask guidance that’s being laid down by the CDC,” Biden proclaimed, according to Fox News. “I certainly will, and I have because this is one of those areas in Washington, and at my decision, my direction, all federal personnel and visitors to federal buildings will have to do the same thing.”

These mandates do not offer exemptions to millions of Americans who do not need vaccines – because they already have active antibodies protecting them from the virus.

Putting politics over saving lives

Similar to how the left highlights isolated police killings of African Americans while ignoring daily homicides committed by members within their communities, Carlson mentioned how Democrats focus on isolated COVID deaths in Washington, D.C. – which they call a COVID hotspot – to justify mandatory vaccinations … while doing little to saves lives from criminal activity there.

“It turns out the District of Columbia has recorded a total of two COVID deaths over the past two weeks,” Carlson informed. “In the same period, considerably more people in the city have been murdered, [so] the crime epidemic is far more dangerous to human beings in Washington than COVID is.”

He argued that if Biden and Democrats are truly concerned about saving Americans’ lives, they would focus on stopping homicides – not forcing vaccinations.

“But Biden isn’t sending the National Guard to protect poor neighborhoods in D.C. to keep people from being murdered – he’s mandating injections of an experimental vaccine. This isn’t normal,” Carlson added. “People should never be forced to take medicine they don’t want or need – that’s a foundational principle … it’s not just a preference. Everything is based on it, and the overwhelming majority of Americans agree with it – overwhelmingly in both parties. And here’s the amazing thing: suddenly you can no longer say that out loud.”

It was pointed out how Turning Point USA President and Founder Charlie Kirk was immediately censored by Facebook when he wrote that Americans have the right to choose what drugs are injected into their bodies.

"Let me call my own shots," Kirk posted on Facebook.

But the social media giant canceled this message.

"This is false," Facebook wrote. "Independent fact-checkers say this information has no basis in fact."

Carlson lamented that America has become a place where people are now denied the right to free speech and have lost the right to decide what is best for their own bodies.

“It is no longer factually correct to believe you can control what the government injects into your body,” he concluded. “Do you want to live in a place like this?”

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

We’re watching the lunatics in charge of our country spiral even deeper into madness, and as we watch that, we feel a duty to keep track of their decline. We do this to assemble a permanent historical record of the craziness, if only for the amusement of future generations. Last night we thought we’d reached an all-time high water mark when we told you that Willie Brown’s girlfriend has decided that she knows more about COVID than the physicians and nurses who treat it.

That would be Kamala Harris — a person with no adult skills, who can’t figure out how to pronounce her own first name — is now issuing medical directives to medical doctors, and demanding they obey. The media, meanwhile, seem to think that’s perfectly normal. That’s how bonkers things have become. And yet, it all seems to be accelerating.

Today, the secretary of defense appeared in public wearing a costume: That’s Mr. Lloyd Austin, ladies, and gentlemen, the man in charge of our weapons systems. What’s he got on? Is that a welder’s mask? A dental visor? Has Lloyd Austin been cleaning teeth this morning? Nope. It looks like Austin is just terrified of COVID. So why doesn’t he lose weight? Quite a bit of weight, actually. Good question. That would be the rational response, so of course, he hasn’t even considered it.

Lloyd Austin got the vaccine, but he’s still so petrified of corona that he’s put a windshield over his face, and demanded that all of his dutiful little minions do the same. An entire army of dental hygienists. Watch out, China. If you move against Taiwan, we’ll scrape the tartar off your molars.

CONSERVATIVE REACTION POURS IN AFTER DEM MAYORS, GOVERNORS IMPOSE NEW MASK MANDATES: ‘KISS MY MASK’

And yet, even after all those comically elaborate precautions, Lloyd Austin still looks scared for his life. He bumps people’s hands instead of shaking them. How long before Lloyd Austin is wearing surgical gloves in the shower and zip-tying garbage bags around his feet? The United States Military is being run by a neurotic cat lady.

Our entire government is at this point. Today, 81-year-old Nancy Pelosiannounced that anyone caught without a paper obedience mask in the House of Representatives will be subject to arrest. Finally, a crime Democrats plan to punish. The science demands this response, Pelosi explained. It’s straight from the CDC.

Really? No offense to Nancy Pelosi, but we figured we should check for ourselves. So we did. And this is what the CDC said: "Thank you for your request. The first publication of this data from CDC is coming tomorrow. "

So to be clear: You can now be arrested for violating scientific guidelines that scientists have not explained. Your kids will suffocate in class for ten hours a day, all next year, and no one will tell you why it’s necessary. By this point, you probably had some sense of what’s going on: The teachers’ unions want this to happen. Therefore it is happening. In other words, government by the single worst people in the country. Someone’s going to write a bitterly hilarious book about all of this someday. Too bad Evelyn Waugh’s gone.

When that book is finally written, Rep. Jerry Nadler of New York will likely play some role in it. He’ll be a character. On several different levels, Mr. Nadler is — as we say in the epidemiological community — "at-risk" from COVID. He’s old and he likes donuts. Now, we don’t judge either one of those things for a second. On the other hand, we’re not the COVID cops. Nancy Pelosi is. She’s the chief of the force, except when she’s at the hairdresser’s, and yet somehow Chief Pelosi is letting Jerry Nadler skate. Montana Rep. Matt Rosendale just footage of Nadler lumbering through the Capitol mask-less. His face is naked to the world. A felony in progress. But no arrest. The perp got away.

Fox News never used to be this bad.   I used to defend it when attacked by liberals years ago.   When Shepard Smith and Brit Hume were leading the charge Fox News expressed the conservative viewpoint but stayed within the realms of reality.    (To be fair, Bret Baier remains as a credible voice.)

Nowadays with people like Tucker Carlson, Fox News has turned into a pure partisan spin machine.   Hannity has devolved into another pure spin, attack dog.   Instead of trying to offer facts from the conservative perspective they are now engaged in full scale conspiracy theory and just making shit up.

Anyone who gets their news predominantly from Fox News is being suckered.

Tucker, Hannity, and Laura host Fox News Prime time editorial opinion shows, not news shows and they are open about being on the opinion side of the News Corporation.  They are absolutely wonderful in the expression of their and our view points.  They are in the mainstream of American political thought and I proudly stand with what is being said lately by all of them and include Waters, Pirro, Bongino, Gowdy, Levin, Hilton who do that on the weekends.  You are just going to have to accept the fact that I’m anything but alone in saying what I do say here.

The Fox personnel mentioned in Comment 2.1 are entirely outside the mainstream of American political thought, and absolutely deviant in their expressed opinions.

Despite his assertion, no one is required to accept anything the seeder of this article writes as factual or truthful.  In fact, the better course is to assume the opposite.

Yes TiG!   Cut the intellectual condescending as if  conservatives and Fox viewers can’t tell the difference. Where does that kind of progressive viewpoint arrogance come from? We conservatives don’t need any explanation or declaration from any others as to what to watch, like, or believe.  What Tucker and all of the other Fox News opinion hosts have been saying lately and through the weekend is right on and accepted by many millions of Americans as to what democrats are doing to us with the politicization of the China virus.  There will be no national mask, vaccine, vaccine passport, or lockdown mandate in this country and if it does happen our half of the country will openly defy it and publicly mock those who try to impose it.  Top down authoritarianism will be openly rejected.

I never said that.  I was talking about government.  I simply chose to avoid stores that mandated them by their choice last year and will again if they do it again. I usually wore a mask voluntarily in stores making them optional when I couldn’t socially distance in them before I was fully vaccinated.

Too bad, if you are going to make stupid comments you should expect them to be highlighted.

What Tucker and all of the other Fox News opinion hosts have been saying lately and through the weekend is right on ...

That is the problem, people believe what Tucker, et. al. say.   They just accept it as truth, fail to do objective analysis and then parrot it to others.   It is ignorance by conformity.

There will be no national mask, vaccine, vaccine passport, or lockdown mandate in this country and if it does happen our half of the country will openly defy it and publicly mock those who try to impose it.

Restrictions are imposed by the states, not the federal government.   So your fear of national restrictions on domestic activity is without merit.   And, thus, your grand braggadocio claim of defiance is nothing but a paper tiger.

Evening XX..Absolutely and I/we expect them to do it...The Army (who are unarmed and making up numbers) are working in co-operation with the Police to check on people who are meant to be self isolating at home...Having a few problems with people who don't appear to understand English and are wandering around in the community while infectious...Not helpful..Think they would know the basics now after 1.5 years...

The Police ask if you are out, where you are going and what for..there are only 5 reasons to be out and about. NSW is in lock down and Qld has followed. My State Victoria has just come out of lock down.. 2 infections down Melbourne today..but no doubt there will be another out break, it is the nature of the beast...

Masks are mandatory and if you don't want to wear one (other than for medical reasons) expect a fine...

To be honest I don't watch Sky News, I could not stand watching a 24 hour news service..the evening news is enough and even then I don't watch the first 15 minutes as it is all on the virus...Would rather comb the cat, wash the dishes, watch paint dry etc etc...

Stay safe, stay well...and wear a mask!!!...Not much good if you or anyone else is 6 foot under....

We have other places to go to get real red meat if we want it.  Fox News is a moderate News source.  Outside of their opinion hosts, when it comes to hard news we are going to OANN and Newsmax TV.  When big tech social media and the mainstream news media tries to dictate satisfactory to them sources they deign that we may use, we don’t comply, we push back and go the opposite direction,  moving harder to the right with each and every attempt to moderate our source choices, even if it means using sources more conservative than some of us really are.  It’s all about control to the left.

After the 81-year-old Democratic leader has already been widely condemned for abusing her power – including removing two pro-Trump Republicans from the House’s select committee show trials reviewing the Jan. 6 uprising – many House members are now up in arms over her bold attempt to enforce new and extreme mask mandates.

Arrest … over a mask?

Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger – who became his department’s new chief last week – ordered his officers to arrest any visitors or staff members on the Capitol Building’s House side – or in any House office building – for not following mask mandates.

“If a visitor or staff member fails to wear a mask after a request is made to do so, the visitor or staff shall be denied entry to the House Office Buildings or House-side of the U.S. Capitol,” Manger announced, according to The Hill. “Any person who fails to either comply or leave the premises after being asked to do so would be subject to an arrest for Unlawful Entry.”

The order has different implications for those higher up.

“Members of Congress are also expected to comply with the new mask requirements – which were put in place by the Capitol physician earlier this week,” The Western Journal reported. “They will not, however, face arrest if they refuse to comply. Instead, officers were asked to report uncooperative House members to a superior officer …”

The mask police are then ordered to take the process a step further.

“[The superior officer] will, in turn, refer the matter to the House Sergeant at Arms,” Manger wrote.

I don’t think so …

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) took major issue with Pelosi turning the Capitol Police into the Gestapo and the Capitol into the Kremlin.

“Madam Speaker, your insane power grab is showing,” Mace tweeted Thursday. “Today I’m not wearing a mask outside of the chamber b/c I follow science – not Pelosi. Come and get me.”

Rep. Roger Williams (R-Texas) also took aim at Pelosi for her perceived communist-style takeover of the Capitol in the name of so-called public safety.

“Nancy Pelosi just appointed herself dictator of the House of Representatives,” Williams posted on Twitter Thursday, accompanied by a video. “She’s ordered Capitol Police to arrest our staff if not wearing a mask. She’s a tyrant and a disgrace to the PEOPLE’s House.”

Yet another House member, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), was so upset over the unprecedented and allegedly unlawful power grab that he said that the Capitol Police should just go ahead and arrest his entire staff.

“This is INSANE,” Massie tweeted Thursday. “I support the Capitol Hill Police, but the chief of police made a mistake here. The physician and the chief of police don’t have this authority.”

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) voiced his opposition earlier in the week to the return to mask mandates.

“Make no mistake – the threat of bringing masks back is not a decision based on science, but a decision conjured up by liberal government officials who want to continue to live in a perpetual pandemic state,” McCarthy tweeted Tuesday.

Pelosi reacted to the criticism by with choice words directed at McCarthy.

“He is such a moron,” Pelosi muttered when reporters asked her about her thoughts about McCarthy’s remarks, according to The Western Journal.

As COVID-19 restrictions return after the detrimental – and reportedly ineffective lockdowns – Americans are becoming even more frustrated with politicians repeating their mistakes … instead of learning from them and changing course.Bottom of Form

“Freedom-loving Americans and their representatives are sick and tired of the ‘science’ flip-flopping, they’re angry they were told that the vaccine would bring an end to the pandemic and they’re outraged at the endless power-tripping at the hands of the aspiring authoritarians heading up the executive and legislative branches of the federal government,” the Journal commented. “Meanwhile, all the Left can do is call us ‘stupid’ for refusing to be treated as such by inconsistency and tyranny from the powers that be.”

'We don't comply.'

A clear, anarchist tendency.

'...we push back and go the opposite direction.'

It's not so much a rejection of 'big tech/social media/mainstream news' [whatever THAT is supposed to mean], as it is an unqualified endorsement of the diktats of the big bourgeoisie which the GOP accepts uncritically. You do as you're told. But as those doing the telling are counter-revolutionaries, an anarchist tendency serves well.

'...even if it means using sources more conservative than some of us really are.'

That explains as much as claiming Fox as a moderate source. In fact Fox News has never been moderate. In the 90s when Fox still retained 'left' and 'right' commentators on each story and used the slogan, 'fair and balanced,' even then, Fox was fairly unbalanced. It has never offered a Marxist perspective on anything. Oh, and did you know that Murdoch is regarded as the World King of Porn? I suppose beside promoting marijuana legalization, porn must seem like a conservative thing.

'It’s all about control to the left.'

And yet the relentless counter-revolutionary push to the right -- which you detail here -- requires a corresponding revolution from the [genuine] left!

How ironic that you deny Marxian dialectic, and denied just the other day the reality of social class struggle! You use it even when you reject it! Question your premises?

'NEVER!'

LOL!

“President Biden has a duty and a responsibility to protect and uphold our nation’s sovereignty, yet he has long-since abdicated his authority to do so,” Abbott added. “As the Governor of Texas, I have a responsibility to protect the people of Texas—a responsibility that grows more urgent by the day while the Biden Administration sits on the sidelines.”

Partisans defy rational, measured reasoning and instead portray their political opponents in the worst possible way.    In result, we have our screwed up, ineffective system of government.    A bunch of partisans competing for political opportunity at the expense of the people.

You deemed the president of the United States to be an inept, accidental doofus.   Your 'reasoning' is because our border security is imperfect.

Only a partisan would jump to an extreme interpretation like this based on the fact that in the real world of politics there rarely is perfection in policy and in the real world of running a nation there is rarely (if ever) perfection in operations.

Your post was replete with partisan spin;  but you might not be able to recognize it.

By the way, I am not pleased with our border operations either.   The difference is that I do not take that position and leap to an extreme view that the PotUS is an "inept, accidental doofus".   Similarly, when Trump failed to convince Congress to back him on his wall, I did not run about calling him the equivalent of an "inept, accidental doofus".   My criticism would be that he way overestimated his abilities to achieve what he had promised on the campaign trail (in fact, nobody could have achieved what he promised regarding the wall).

No, but there are other uses of the word "willful", such as obstinate.

In this sense, either Abbott or Texan1211 is correct.  Biden is either stubbornly opposed to anyone doing anything to stop the flow of illegal immigrants, or he is simply too inept to accomplish anything on the matter.

I suspect the former is more accurate, given the political pressure he would likely get from the far left end of his party.

I suspect Biden's extant border policy is the result of political pressure.   It is a compromise since it is but one of hundreds of competing political priorities.

While I would favor strong control over our borders (especially given COVID) I find it irrational to claim (as XX, et. al. do) that Biden is using infected illegals to spread the virus internally so that he and other Ds can exert power over the American people.

Further, I reject the categorical designation of Biden as inept simply because the border handling is imperfect.   That is an extrapolation from a single data point ... a faulty generalization.   It is emotional partisanship, not objective reasoning.

This article is, of course, fraudulent Fascistic propaganda.  The seeder's introductory comments are completely fraudulent and, frankly, weird.  [deleted] Fox is proving to be deeply and profoundly anti-American.

The One News Now article is right on.  Democrats did use and are using covid to advance their partisan political and economic goals as well as to trample upon the constitution and the people’s rights

The One News Now article is right on.

Your opinion of their opinion is duly noted and dismissed.

Democrats did use and are using covid to advance their partisan political and economic goals

Both parties use every perceived bit of leverage they can to get approval for their agenda.

An informed voter should be able to sort the wheat from the chaff and make an adult opinion.

as well as to trample upon the constitution and the people’s rights

And there you have it, an opinion of the chaff, worthless.

First of all, it’s not their opinion.  It was their news report reporting on the news making wise commentary by Tucker Carlson. That you choose to dismiss it is reason enough that it’s taken seriously by so many.

And there you have it, an opinion of the chaff, worthless.

Thanks so much for the compliment!  Your mocking dismissal of my opinion is a total badge of honor to me.  🏅🎉🎊

You have already publicly acknowledged that Tucker Carlson is just  opinion and entertainment,

therefore any commentary on his opinions is also opinion.

Still worthless,

like your self awards of honor.

Few people agree or care.

See all of the sites' regular conservatives on here supporting your nonsense?

No, neither do I.

800Thanks for your attempt at putting me down and insulting me.  I appreciate the example of liberal tolerance for a diversity of opinions and belief and being such an outstanding role model of what comity and civil discussion are here.

'Thanks for your attempt at putting me down and insulting me.  I appreciate the example of liberal tolerance for a diversity of opinions and belief and being such an outstanding role model of what comity and civil discussion are here.'

You don’t offer opinion. You repeat fabricated narratives hostile to American society with the intent of undermining peaceable civil order thereby destabilizing society in preparation for an eventual overthrow of the United States Government. Remarkably, your radicalism is such that beside you, a revolutionary Trotskyist appears comparatively sane and rather conservative. In any case, I am no liberal. No Trotskyist is.

The pretense of injury and insult cries ‘persecution’ and pretends self-righteousness. It is not persecution to reject fictitious statements or to recognize their puerile character. And even if this was persecution, it would make neither you nor your cause ‘righteous.’

I have neither attempted nor have I actually put you down or insulted you. Telling you to act your age and not your mentality might be construed as in insult; or it might be a sharp if wise correction. The real insult you bring on your own head by your own words. Actually, that isn’t quite right; it is your contumacy which truly marks you as the belligerent that you are.

In all honesty, the best thing you could do would be to get off the internet, and seek peace, healing, and a stable life vision. Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t see you doing that. You do what you are – by which I mean that doing this for so long, it becomes your identity. To change would be like forfeiting your very existence. And it’s truly a shame, because your thoughts bring you to madness and profound ruination.

How very sad.

Democrats are ruining America.  They are using the virus they paid China to create to take over America in a coordinated planned coup.

You actually believe that the D party paid China to create a worldwide pandemic???

Now they are becoming a dictatorship.

Such irrational, ignorant, fear-based reasoning.

They are using the lamestream media and big tech social media as agents and tools in the process.  They are creating an Orwellian dystopia.

Naive, fear-based nonsense.
