Warning About Violations
As the end of the month draws near, many of you are on the brink of a 2 day suspension for both skirting the CoC and CoC violations.

Making sure that no one here gets a 2 day suspension.
How many violations do I have? Do you prefer payoffs in chocolate, imported wine or small unmarked bills?

May I please have a 2 day suspension for this coming Friday and Saturday? Actually from Friday noon to Sunday noon would be best. I'm traveling those days and a future credit in the NT bank would be nice.

There are much worse things than a 2 day suspension. One could be in the RA’s 🐕🏠 with no way out.
There is a 100% chance this article will fill up with useless pointless crap.
It likely will now that it has been stated it. Members should stick with the point of this Meta article. While some may take suspensions as a joke, they do add up, and the end results could find them on the outside looking in.
Perrie is in a forgiving mood at this point, but, how long it will last depends on the Members themselves.
Best not to turn this Meta article into a personal slug fest or hate fest. Santa may not be watching, but, Perrie is.

I’ve seen that. Some really target you. It’s sad to see that happen. I try to walk away from situations before they get out of hand. I’ll argue issues and policy or what I think of a political leader etc. with anyone. When it comes to personal attacks, I just report them mostly without comment and move on. I will defend my friends here when they are personally attacked.

Indeed. However, it seems that there are those who feel they don't need to play by anyone's 'rules' but their own, regardless of where they visit. They still refuse to adhere, or willingly ignore, the simple CoC for NT Members. Those that continue on this path will find that it is not a good path to take here on NT.
Thus, Perrie is being thoughtful enough to give them a heads up so that they can choose to abide by the NT CoC and ToS, or choose to stick to their own 'rules' of conduct and see where it takes them. Their choice.

We can all go to Nicely Land where no one is adamant about their views on anything. Sometimes, there are heated arguments and you let it all hang out. There are no safe zones and we express ourselves, sometimes, not in the right manner. So, I think this is where Perrie's "skirting" comes in.

Well it seems Uncle Bruce that everyone was warned that it was close to the end of the month and some were close to getting a suspension. Perrie was in a very generous mood.
After that the whole article was interspersed with whining and crying about how unfair ''some'' (read mods) people were.
I assumed that once the whining started that I was free to counter punch and take their sandbox away from them.
Let me be known (picture the town crier) that Dog Houses are not permitted on NT, thus anyone that imagines that they are in a Dog House must evacuate immediately. Beds will be available at the local homeless shelter, known as ''Whiner Village''. Use your GPS and you'll find it right next to ''fresh hell''.
