THE FINAL DAY OF THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY

Today is Trump's last day in office.  He will depart Washington DC early in the morning tomorrow, his "send off" at Joint Base Andrews is scheduled for 8 a.m. eastern, before many Americans across the country even have the sleep out of their eyes.

I am starting this article for people to share whatever they like about the Trump years, clips, videos, memes, cartoons, snippets of text, tweets, photos, whatever, to commemorate the 45th president as you see fit.

Yeah, well, I think you need to show me exactly what part of my comment was considered as trolling.  Calling a person out for blatantly violating the CoC isn't trolling.

Calling out?  - Content that arguably and unnecessarily seeks to anger others is prohibited.  Example - last week this individual had nine "I hate Trump" articles/threads/seeds on the FP.  Today, he has six "I hate Trump" articles/threads/seeds on the FP.

That constitutes "Content that arguably and unnecessarily seeks to anger others."

My comment to him has been made numerous times over the past five years and nothing has been done other than myself and others being told not to "troll this individual".

I call the "deletion" censorship because there was no angst nor hate nor anger in my response.  My response was pure fact - something some can't deal with.

1st,

I removed your comment since it was nothing more than a very colorful complaint about John's seed. Either address the seed or say nothing, please. This is not censorship. This is in our CoC:

  • 4. Stay on topic per the article
  • Stay on topic per the article

Comments that are disruptive to a thoughtful discussion (e.g. trolling) are not tolerated.

She is simply saying by her actions that he is no longer of use to her and she doesn't want to be seen with him. I also noticed that neither Trump nor Melania were wearing masks, when everyone else around them were wearing them. And her dress and frumpy hair do made her look like a totally different Melania.

All of those things in the Trump clip were while he was running for president the first time. You are right, they should have ended his candidacy at the time. People wonder why some of us have "attacked" Trump supporters over the years. Things like what is shown in this video is part of that reason.

Is this your squirrel act, bugsy?

Yes, Carter and Bush one were both one-term presidents. There is a huge difference bugsy, neither one of them tried to overthrow a duly elected president. Neither one of them helped incite an attack on the Capital of the US.

The presidency is not only an administrative position but also a moral position and in that way, Trump was an absolute loser and a complete failure.

They claim to have actually built three miles....

Trump claims anywhere from 321 to 452 miles but almost all of it was replacement miles of existing fence.

In reality some 47 miles of vehicle barrier was replaced with "unscalable" bollard style walls.

ODE TO A LOSER ON HIS WAY OUT  (With apologies to Bob Dylan)

"Once upon a time you dressed so fine
Threw the bums a dime in your prime, didn't you?
People call say 'beware y'all, you're bound to fall'
You thought they were all kidding you
You used to tweet about
Everybody that was hanging out
Now you don't talk so loud
Now you don't seem so proud
About having to be losing your best deal
How does it feel, how does it feel?
To be without that home
Like a complete unknown, like a rolling stone"

In my opinion, any American who saw this and then voted for him is nothing but an immoral insensitive inhumane shell of a human being.  Speaking as a past president of a charity in Toronto that supported children with disabilities, I never saw this until recently, but if I had seen it previously I would not even have originally supported him because of the benefits he provided to Israel. I'm so glad that having discovered what a son of a bitch he was not only for this but for what he has done to the American people, especially the Asian Americans, I was smart enough and moral enough to change my horse in midstream. I have absolutely no respect for those who display their own total lack of integrity and morality by continuing to be supportive of him.

Trump used the rationalization of receiving more votes to (somehow) try to reinforce his contention that he actually won the race and he used this reasoning continuously in the post election. So yes, it is factual to state that Trump did in fact get the most votes of any sitting president in history. But it is also factual to note that the winner of the election received even more votes.
