John Durham indictments: Brennan, Clapper, Deep State reckoning coming
The Durham Grand Jury has been hearing testimony for some time. Much of the evidence they are being presented is in conjunction with the contents of the Horowitz report. That is what is to account for the protracted delay of the Horowitz report, which was completed in early September. Publicly the IG report was said to be under review for classified material. Privately sources are saying that it is being withheld until the first round of Grand Jury indictments is presented.

The Inspector General Report it seems will be released after multiple high level Obama appointees are indicted by the US Attorney

S E E D E D   C O N T E N T

WASHINGTON, DC : Well placed sources close to the John Durham investigation are saying that indictments of senior DOJ officials and others involved in the FISA abuses surrounding the Trump Campaign are coming soon. They add that the long-delayed IG report from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is being delayed – until indictments are announced.

Indictments are coming for Senior Obama officials                                                               The Durham Grand Jury has been hearing testimony for some time.

After the indictments are announced the IG report will be released. Those facing indictment include all of those principles involved in the illegal FISA applications and renewals from September 2016 through the 3rd renewal in May of 2017. That would include Peter Strzok, Andrew Weissmann, James Comey, Sally Yates, and Rod Rosenstein.

poisonous-tree-coup-640x386.jpg

Operation Crossfire Hurricane and illegal FISA warrants                                                       Those involved in the setting up and framing of George Papadopoulos in March of 2016, which was the basis of opening the Operation Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence investigation are also in jeopardy. That would include John Brennan, James Clapper, and possibly Obama’s national security advisor Susan Rice. More in  Home

The elusive Joseph Mifsud is clearly a material witness, as is Australian Ambassador Alexander Downer.

The mysterious Stefan Halper, who was paid over $1 million dollars by the Department of Defense and his handler there, a Colonel James Baker. Halper’s role to apparently spy on Trump’s associates and be a conduit for framing them illegally with fabricated information.  Brennan is emerging as the clear mastermind of the operation which used the full powers of the intelligence agencies, the CIA, NSA, the DOD, and the FBI to target a major Presidential candidate. Sabotage his campaign. Label him a Russian agent. And deprive Trump and those around him of their civil rights through illegal, unauthorized surveillance.

RICO style racketeering and deprival of civil rights

Charges could range from espionage, deprival of civil rights under color of authority, fraud on the FISA court, perjury, and RICO style racketeering conspiracy charges. Durham is also too be said to be looking at unprecedented unmasking of American citizens by senior White House officials.

That would put Samantha Powers, Susan, Rice and Ben Rhodes squarely in the crosshairs of the expanded Durham investigation. At some point, all roads will lead to the Obama Oval Office, Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett and former President Barack Obama himself.

diGenova and Toensing set the record straight

In an extended interview last week with Lou Dobbs on Fox Business channel, attorneys Joseph diGenova and Victoria Toensing revealed that the indictments from Durham and the Grand Jury are imminent. Victoria Toensing says that

“It’s going to be very bad for the people in the Obama Administration”. According to Toensing, “It is going to be worse than you can imagine”.

Joseph diGenova adds:

“I would say (it’s going to be) explosive. For people at the highest levels of the FBI and at the highest levels of the Justice Department. More importantly, the Justice Department. It’s going to be devastating. It’s going to ruin careers.”

He emphasizes that people will be disbarred.

“It’s going to make people have Bar Association problems.” The greatest political scandal in American history

diGenova goes on to say,

“What’s clear, and now we know, is that the senior levels of the Obama Justice department were complicit in knowingly submitting materially false applications to the FISA court for an illegitimate counterintelligence purpose, not for a legitimate purpose, but to spy on Americans for political purposes.”

diGenova makes clear, “It really will end up being the beginning of the greatest political scandal in history. And it’s being held up (the IG report)  partially because of John Durham’s new grand jury, which by the way, exists for one reason and one reason only. Because people are going to be indicted.”

Toensing says about Durham’s investigation,

“It’s been expanded. He is now going into whole other areas. He’s gone back into the origins of the investigation. They disobeyed all the rules of a counterintelligence investigation.” Unmasking and leaking classified information

diGenova adds,

“It is expanded because they found out from the Devin Nunes experience at the White House in March of 2017 that there had been massive, massive unmaskings of Americans for political purposes. That information was given, and leaked, to the press. The Michael Flynn Ambassador Kisliak call, the Russian Ambassador, which was leaked to David Ignatius of the (Washington) Post is, in fact, the subject of one of the criminal investigations. Because that leak (of classified information) is a 20-year felony.”

Toensing takes it further, urging Durham to bring in Mark Zaid, ‘whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella’s attorney, before the grand jury and,

“ask him how he knew that CNN was going to be a part of it.” Zaid tweeted in January of 2017 that “impeachment was about to begin” and that “CNN was going to be a big part of it.”

Toensing adds.

“Was he talking to James Clapper and did he know that Clapper was going to leak the dossier”.

Smashing the Deep State coup against Donald Trump

The implications are clear and decisive. A reckoning is finally coming for those who have been purposely staging an attempted coup d’etat from the day Donald Trump was elected President. The coup plotters began their criminal malfeasance long before Trump took office. Abusing their authority to thwart the will of the American people. The current impeachment farce is a cover to deflect from the coming indictments and muddy the waters.

Deep state operative and fake ‘Whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella is the latest extension of the ongoing slow-rolling coup against Donald Trump. A John Brennan protege, who worked with Susan Rice in the White House, Ciaramella is part and parcel of the current phase of the never-ending Russia Hoax, Mueller Weissmann Inquisition, and the Impeachment farce unfolding right in front of our eyes.

Now that Ciaramella is being blocked from testifying by Adam Schiff, who he collaborated with to launch the current impeachment farce, Victoria Toensing tweeted “When I was a prosecutor I couldn’t decide who defense called as a witness.”

Finally, let justice prevail to save the Republic

America sees what is happening. The American people aren’t stupid. After three years of constant illegitimate attacks on Donald Trump from the Deep State, a reckoning is finally coming.

The transparent farce of the impeachment inquiry is not going well. Calling Democrat Deep State operatives like Eric Ciaramella and Lt. Col Vindmann some kind of legitimate patriots instead of the partisan assassins that they are.  Leaking selected tidbits of selected testimony to harm the President. Acting like an East German Stassi show trial that would make Stalin blush.

At long last, this three-year national nightmare of abject criminality is about to turn against the Democrats.

We have waited a long time for the IG Horowitz report to be released. Now we know why it is still under wraps. Indictments are coming from John Durham.  The first round of many. Once those are issued we will finally see the Horowitz report. We will finally learn the truth about 2016.

It will be a devastating cascade of horrors for the Obama White House, for Adam Schiff,  the Deep State “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella, and the Democrat party as a whole. It can’t come soon enough.

Now we know why the Dems are so eager to get impeachment done.  They want Trump out so they can replace everyone running the AG, IG, and US Attorneys investigating democrat lawbreaking.

A rather humorous mountain of bullshit precariously balanced on more bullshit. They've been claiming indictments of Obama and company were coming any day for years now. It would take a seriously brain dead moron in a state of eternal denial to keep buying this total nonsense.

Totally untrue, as will be revealed bit by bit.

You've been making that claim for 2 years now, and nothing has happened. Don't you get tired of making foolish comments and pretending you have some kind of special insight into what's going on - all while proving you don't actually care about corruption, laws, ethics or morals by supporting Trump no matter what he does?

The "most transparent President ever" who keeps ordering his aides to disobey lawful subpoenas from Congress, and you grovel to him while screeching about baseless conspiracy theories and giving him a pass on everything.

Such a total lack of patriotism, such loyalty to a despicable person over our county and Constitution,  is saddening.

I guess you don’t know but the investigation is still on going.

Oh, I'm fully aware of that, which is why I find it hilarious and stupid when people start screeching about how horrible the outcome will be - as if they had some kind of secret insight, when they clearly don't. And then they wonder why nobody takes their rants seriously.

Funny how it's the same people who keep screeching about the Russian hoax despite all the guilty pleas, indictments and such ... who refuse to admit what Trump said in that phone call despite all the testimony that's coming out ... who refuse to actually read the Mueller report and understand that Trump tried to obstruct justice ... in those cases, the same people kept screeching about what was going to happen as if they had some kind of secret insight (and oh, the goalpost-switching and flat out denial of facts when they turned out to have been wrong, to try to pretend that they weren't wrong). It seems to be a pattern of willful ignorance.

Well the left, led by Adam Schiff has been saying since Trump took office that he will be impeached.

Schiff was not behind impeachment until fairly recently; the Ukraine call was the one factor that simply couldn't be ignored. Even after the obstruction of justice was pointed out in the Mueller report, Schiff didn't push for impeachment. You're just swallowing the Trump and Fox News spin to deny that Trump's done anything wrong. And it's hilarious - the right was screeching about closed door courts, and lack of transparency (neither of which was anything unusual at that point in the process), and now Trump is whining because the process is becoming transparent.

This is not a kangaroo court, and it's sad that you aren't willing to admit that Trump has done anything impeachable. And of course his GOP sycophants refuse to do their jobs, so he will not be removed from office. I don't think anyone expects that to actually happen, because the GOP members of Congress have proven repeatedly that their loyalty is to Trump, not to our country. Rather than finding a decent, ethical, competent candidate, they just keep sucking up to the idiot in chief and attacking anyone with the ethics and balls to stand up to him. They'll eat their own rather than stand for integrity.

........"we've really got him this time".

Ten clear counts of obstruction detailed in the Mueller report which also resulted in dozens of indictments and guilty pleas from 34 individuals in and around the Trump campaign, Trumps charity was sued for being used as his personal piggy bank while he took credit for others donations and he lost in court and the charity is now defunct, the emoluments cases against him were approved by the courts to proceed, he's an unindicted coconspirator in a criminal campaign finance case where his coconspirator and longtime personal attorney is already serving prison time, the hundreds of thousands in illegal campaign payments were made to porn stars during the campaign to keep them quiet about his numerous adulterous affairs, he has admitted on tape to just grabbing women he finds attractive by the genitals and he said he doesn't "even wait" for their consent, he "just start(s) kissing them", he has over two dozen women who have come forward and accused him of sexual assault, and now he's been caught extorting a foreign government holding back nearly $400 million in military aide to an ally unless they at least announced publicly that they were opening an investigation into Burisma and Hunter Biden with the explicit intent to get dirt Trump could use against who he saw as his biggest threat in the upcoming election, especially after seeing the early polling from Fox News that showed Biden likely beating Trump by double digits. On top of all that, Trump has now commanded his staff to defy congressional subpoenas which in of itself is an impeachable offense.

This isn't just assumption of what might have been on some missing emails, or fantasy about supposed staff assassinations or pizza parlor sex rings, these are verifiable facts that will be presented over the next few weeks and the will of the people through the congress the majority elected in 2018 will impeach this derelict dishonest disaster of a President. Will he actually be removed before his landslide loss in 2020? I doubt it, but the impeachment will undoubtedly go through and publicly expose this wannabe mob boss man baby before he tries desperately to keep himself out of jail by winning a second term.

Just because a bunch of lawless minions stand around doing nothing as their boss rapes people doesn't mean the rape is consensual, the sniveling observers aren't the ones who can give consent. Just because Republican lawmakers are standing by watching the rape of our nation, refusing to do their job of executive oversight, doesn't mean America has given its consent or that Trump isn't doing anything wrong. Many of his supporters know it's wrong, they're just so full of spite and bitterness for the "coastal elites" and secular progressives that they are willing to lick the devils balls if it causes pain and frustration for all those they have harbored hate and resentment for since they were left behind.

Some of our fellow NT members have specifically said that they are driven solely by the need to piss off liberals. And they claim to be patriots - their only loyalty is to their hatred and to their orange god who tells them that their hatred is not only acceptable, but desirable behavior.

The idea of anti-American non-patriots fighting our constitution, denying the role of Congress and applauding those in Congress who refuse to do their jobs, doing their best to destroy our system of government - maybe Trump is accusing the wrong people of treason.

You  keep spamming that Russia comment everywhere.

What's really funny is they act like the "Russia thing" was a hoax and yet every piece of it save for one was proved true. They did hack at least 22 States voters databases, they were given polling data by Paul Manafort, they did hack private US citizen emails and release them with the intent of getting Donald Trump elected, they did spend $1.25 million a month on fake social media ads that they targeted at those vulnerable voting groups they had specifically targeted, more than a dozen Russian operatives are currently under indictment, we've exposed Russian spies trying to funnel campaign money to Trump through the NRA, but still the conservatives act as if it's all a joke because Mueller wasn't able to prove criminal conspiracy between Trump and Putin. It's not that it didn't happen, Mueller said he could not exonerate the President, but because everyone around Trump was lying on his behalf Mueller was unable to get to the actual truth behind possible illegal conspiracy. What we do know for a fact though is Donald Trump literally told a Russian spy that he would likely drop sanctions against Russia and basically fondled Putin's balls from affair calling him a "strong leader" and heaping praise on him during the 2016 campaign. He then openly called for Russia to illegally hack more Americans when he asked "Russia, if you're listening...". And when he did win, he has since refused to admit any Russian involvement contrary to all the facts, all the investigations and US intelligence reports that definitively prove Russia was behind it, then he delayed the super majority bi-partisan sanctions against Russia for months while the Putin oligarchs listed got their money to safe havens, gave Russia a heads up when we were going bomb a Syrian airfield that had launched chemical attacks on civilians, stopped the preparedness drills with South Korean troops on Putin's request, killed our participation in the TPP which was a boon for both Russia and China, and now he's pulling out of Syria leaving our Kurdish allies to die by either Turkish bombardments or at the hands of Putin's ally Assad who has been wanting to rid the region of the Kurds as well. But you know, for conservatives with their heads buried deep in the sand, it's all just a "Russian hoax!"...
