Musk will Reinstate Trump on Twitter
Despite the constant negative press Covfefe

Sponsored by group The Banned Played On

The Banned Played On

Twitter famously banned Donald Trump from Twitter for "inciting violence".

Twitter also banned me for being a "bot".  I was on Twitter for about a week.  I posted about twenty of my original memes.  I never repeated anything.  They knew I wasn't a bot.  They gave me a link that I could use to get reinstated.  The link took me to a form to fill out for Google.  All had to do was give all of my personal information to Google.  I had no interest in doing that so I refused.  Apparently, Twitter is paid by Google to provide users' personal information to Google.  I guess that's is a big part of Twitter's revenue stream.

Anyway, Mr. "Free Speech" Musk, wants the White-wingers to return to Twitter, so he is going to put their Queen back on the Twitter throne.  I'm glad!

Giving the bullhorn back to the loudmouth will motivate the Democrats to turnout and vote.  A large turnout always helps the Democrats.  I know Trump will alienate more voters than he motivates.   I bet Moscow Mitch shit his pants when he heard about Trump's impending return to Twitter.  I just hope The Donald writes his own tweets.

Twitter war and Musk will profit from it.

There's something in me [!] that believes Twitter stock will dive shortly after the deal closes and trump returns. And return he will. The loser ex-prez did what he does best: conned his imbecile base to join Truth Social and then merely turned his back on it. Like he did with his insurrectionists. His war chest has enough to pay attorneys' fees for several, if not all, of those traitors.

Yeah ... hookers pissing on a traitor is merely amusing.

It's fucking hilarious!

Trump lied about fucking a porn star.  Then he lied about paying hush money.  Then his lawyer, Michael Cohen went to jail over the hush money.  Later Michael Cohen showed the cancelled checks that reimbursed him for paying the hush money.  Some were signed by Trump and some were signed by Donald Trump, Jr.  One check was even drawn on Trump's fake charity.  Now that's class!

Read what President Donald Trump tweeted Thursday morning on his payment to Daniels:

Mr. Cohen, an attorney, received a monthly retainer, not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign, from which he entered into, through reimbursement, a private contract between two parties, known as a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA. These agreements are..... — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 3, 2018

...very common among celebrities and people of wealth. In this case it is in full force and effect and will be used in Arbitration for damages against Ms. Clifford (Daniels). The agreement was used to stop the false and extortionist accusations made by her about an affair,......

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 3, 2018

...despite already having signed a detailed letter admitting that there was no affair. Prior to its violation by Ms. Clifford and her attorney, this was a private agreement. Money from the campaign, or campaign contributions, played no roll in this transaction.

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 3, 2018

In an attempt to conceal the truth about the hush money he used his personal account and his "charitable" trust fund account.

The difference being, Sean, is that trump denied the piss tapes. He said nothing about those idiots waiting for days in Dealey Plaza. He lets them believe that shit. His ego means more to him than letting those delusional people who lack intellectual acuity know that it couldn't possibly happen. Why do you think that is, Sean? Why do you think he doesn't disavow those people? Why do you think he loves to incite people and then turn his back on them? To say it's a character flaw is wildly understated.

I don't  honestly care what Trump thinks. The beliefs of the people in Dealey Plaza are not mainstream. No on this site talks about JFK coming out of hiding or whatever it is they believe. But the belief in things like secret piss tapes held by Putin is much more mainstream and infects places like this site. It doesn't seem to matter how many stories are published detailing how dishonest the Steele dossier is, a large segment of the left  still believes it.

Just like how it doesn't matter how dishonest the claims of election fraud are, a large segment of the right still believes it. This is not a matter of tit for tat. It's to point out that no one really gives a shit about a hooker pissing on a traitor. It's amusing, nothing more. Just like the Dealey Plaza ridiculousness is amusing. By comparison, an insurrection based on a lie, police deaths based on a lie, nooses and shit on the floor based on a lie, is just a wee bit more egregious than a tinkle on a cowardly despot-wannabe.

Musk shelves $44-billion Twitter deal 'temporarily', shares slump

Nivedita Balu
Fri, May 13, 2022, 5:54 AM

By Nivedita Balu

(Reuters) -Elon Musk put his $44-billion deal for Twitter Inc "temporarily on hold" on Friday while he awaits data on the proportion of its fake accounts, sending the shares in the social media platform plunging.

Twitter shares fell 17.7% to $37.10 in premarket trading, their lowest level since Musk disclosed his stake in the company in early April and subsequently made a "best and final" offer to take it private for $54.20 per share.

Meanwhile, Tesla shares, against which Musk has secured $6.25 billion in funding for the acquisition, were up about 5%.

"Twitter deal temporarily on hold pending details supporting calculation that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users," Musk told his more than 92 million Twitter followers on Friday.

The tweet is real, not made up, and if I remember correctly, you refused to believe that the disgusting loser ex-prez publicly lusted after his daughter. Went shopping and the cashier had a beautiful accent. I suspected Russian, but I couldn't be sure. I told her her accent was lovely and asked where she was from. She said Russia. She lowered her eyes when she said it. I told her my heart hurt for all mothers of both Russia and Ukraine. She turned red and said 'thank you so much.' Such a travesty. Musk shelves $44-billion Twitter deal 'temporarily', shares slump

Nivedita Balu

Good Business people will check things like that....especially with BILLIONS of Dollars on the line.

And "good business people" generally do all of that before they make a hostile

take over bid and put the value of the stock at risk.  This behavior is exactly

why the SEC fined him and Tesla $20 million each in 2018 when he made

announcements about securing financing to take Tesla private.

He's just a very successful bully with no regard for the stockholders he has screwed over.

Getting ready to hand someone 44 Billion Dollars, doesn't seem like a "Hostile" act to me.

Twitter estimates fake accounts comprise less than 5% of users | Fin24 (news24.com)

T witter estimated in a filing on Monday that false or spam accounts represented fewer than 5% of its monetizable daily active users during the first quarter.

The disclosure came days after Tesla Inc Chief Executive Elon Musk, who has inked a deal to buy Twitter for $44 billion, tweeted that one of his priorities would be to remove "spam bots" from the platform.

Twitter said in the filing it faced several risks until the deal with Musk is closed, such as whether advertisers would continue to spend on Twitter and "potential uncertainty regarding our future plans and strategy."

The Twitter Board must have had some "Fright" put into them, that they would be found out there's a bit of a discrepancy in their numbers. Trying to Get ahead of it "After" the fact ?  OOOOOPS !

Taking over a company because you don't like the way they do business

and vowing to "fix things" is the very definition of a hostile takeover.

Twitter said in the filing it faced several risks until the deal with Musk is closed, such as whether advertisers would continue to spend on Twitter and "potential uncertainty regarding our future plans and strategy."

Considering that Tesla lost $128 million the day of the announcement

and an additional $182 million through 05/12, the Twitter Board has every reason to worry.

The Twitter Board must have had some "Fright" put into them, that they would be found out there's a bit of a discrepancy in their numbers. Trying to Get ahead of it"After" the fact?  OOOOOPS !

Reactionary nonsense.  When Twitter was rumored for sale in 2017, 2 things happened;

Their stock price soared with rumors that Google and Sidebar were getting into a bidding war for Twitter,

then went up again when it was reported that 48 million accounts would be suspended in 2018.

This time the stock is dropping because it's Musk and his behavior.

Twitter is down to 40.16 today a 20% loss of value since 04/25/22.

In the course of 5 weeks, Musk has lost $50 Billion in Tesla and $14 Billion in Twitter

value, not to mention the 20% drop in the 9.2% of Twitter he purchased 04/05/22.

Seems like he's just drunk with wealth, business acumen, not so much.

Musk is hard to figure out.  I wonder if he's (looking at the field), wants to make sure 'this thing works' only to his liking.  Or---he's just playing the long game to gain more wealth and thusly more influential power.  One thing for sure, he will not hurt himself.

Musk made an offer for Twitter.  If Twitter accepted the offer the deal has been consummated.

However, there is an "out clause".  If Musk reneges, he has to pay $1 billion.

Believe it or not, that's not a lot of money to Musk.

If Musk backs out, his Tesla stock will soar.

Of course, Twitter stock will crater if Musk withdraws his offer.
