EXCLUSIVE:  A photo obtained by Fox News'  "Tucker Carlson Tonight"  shows  former Vice President Joe Biden  and his son Hunter golfing in the Hamptons with Devon Archer, who served on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings with Hunter.

Earlier this month, Joe Biden  told Fox News  in Iowa that he never discussed his son’s foreign business dealings with him.

“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden said, pointing the finger at President Trump. “I know Trump deserves to be investigated. He is violating every basic norm of a president. You should be asking him why is he on the phone with a foreign leader, trying to intimidate a foreign leader. You should be looking at Trump.”

Hunter Biden told The  New Yorker  previously that he and his father had spoken “just once” about his work in Ukraine.

A source close to Archer told Fox News the photo was taken in August 2014.  Contemporaneous news reports indicate the vice president was in the Hamptons at the time.

Hunter Biden and Archer joined the Burisma Holdings board in April 2014.

Earlier this month, Trump suggested that despite his claims, Joe Biden seemingly discussed Ukraine matters with his son. The White House has sought to point to possible corruption by the Bidens, amid the House Democrats' formal impeachment inquiry against the president.

“And now, he made a lie when he said he never spoke to his son,” Trump said. “Of course you spoke to your son!”

Biden  has acknowledged   on camera  that in spring 2016, when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire top prosecutor Viktor Shokin. At the time, Shokin was investigating  Burisma Holdings  — where Hunter had a  lucrative role  on the board despite limited relevant expertise.

The vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion in critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

"Well, son of a b---h, he got fired," Biden joked at a panel two years after leaving office.

Shokin himself had already been widely accused of corruption.

Critics  alleged  Hunter Biden might have been selling access to his father, who had pushed Ukraine to increase its natural gas production.

"Impossible to justify $50k/month for Hunter Biden serving on a Ukrainian energy board w zero expertise unless he promised to sell access," political scientist Ian Bremmer  tweeted.   Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, on Sunday, suggested Shokin was the target of an international smear campaign to discredit his work.

In a combative  interview on ABC News' "This Week" on Sunday , Giuliani presented what he said was an affidavit signed by Shokin that confirmed Hunter Biden was being investigated when Shokin was fired.

"I have an affidavit here that's been online for six months that nobody bothered to read from the gentleman who was fired, Viktor Shokin, the so-called corrupt prosecutor," Giuliani said. "The Biden people say that he wasn't investigating Hunter Biden at the time. He says under oath that he was." The Shokin affidavit purportedly said the U.S. had pressured him into resigning because he was unwilling to drop the case.

Later, Giuliani added: "I have another affidavit, this time from another Ukrainian prosecutor who says that the day after Biden strong-armed the president to remove Shokin, they show up in the prosecutor’s office -- lawyers for Hunter Biden show up in the prosecutor’s office and they give an apology for dissemination of false information."

After anchor George Stephanopoulos expressed skepticism, Giuliani fired back: "How about if I -- how about if I tell you over the next week four more of these will come out from four other prosecutors? ... No, no, no, George, they won’t be [investigated], because they’ve been online for six months, and the Washington press will not accept the fact that Joe Biden might have done something like this."

Speaking separately to  Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures,"  Giuliani brought up the affidavits and called the situation Clintonesque.

“The pattern is a pattern of pay for play. It includes something very similar to what happened to the Clinton Foundation," Giuliani said, "which goes to the very core of, what did Obama know and when did he know it?"

Giuliani referred to a December 2015  New York Times  article about Hunter Biden, Burisma and a Ukrainian oligarch, and how the younger Biden's involvement with the Ukrainian company could undermine then-Vice President Biden's anti-corruption message.

"The question is," Giuliani asked, "when Biden and Obama saw that article, about how the son was pulling down money from the most crooked oligarch in Russia, did Obama call Biden in and say, 'Joe, how could you be doing this?'"

Has anyone heard of Duke Power?  It's a very large electric company in the eastern part of the country.  According to their website, each of their board of directors make about 10% of what Hunter Biden was being paid from Burisma in Ukraine.  Now isn't that something?

Has anyone ever heard of Rosemont Capital?  An international private investment fund based in D.C.

Founded in 2009 for the Heinz family investments?  ( Yes the ketchup people )

They have several spinoffs like Rosemont Seneca, Rosemont International and Rosemont Reality to name just a few.

Founding partners Chris Heinz, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer.

So why after 5 years would they not have a few pictures of golfing with one of their parents?

What next ?  Pictures of them golfing with Obama or Bush?

The only mystery about this picture is the identity of the short person.  Man or woman, it is kind of hard to tell...

Did you know Hunter Biden was being paid 3 to 4 times as much for being on the board of directors for Burisma in Ukraine as each of the members on the board of directors for Kraft Heinz?  Isn't that something?

I don't know what Devon Archer was paid  as a board member either, nor Alan Apter, Josef Cofer or the ex president of Poland.

Some people seem to be confusing payments made to Rosemont Seneca as payments made specifically to Hunter Biden and not the firm or his partner Devon Archer.

As the Rosemont entities are all private, as is Burisma, all we know are that monies flowed between Burisma and Rosemont Seneca  while either Archer and Biden ( or both) were Board members and listed as legal partners on the Burisma website.

other legal partners listed on Burisma's site

Pretty impressive list, do we assume they are all corrupt because Burisma's founder has been accused of corruption

and his daughter is on the Board? It is owned by Mykola Zlochevsky through Brociti Investments Limited

I wonder how much Daddy Zlochevsky pays his daughter Karina, or is that none of our business?

Does Mykola Zlochevsky own Kraft Heinz? No.

Clearly you simply don't care either.

Can you produce any proof of Hunter Biden's income?  Income from Bursima ?Income tax records?

1099s or w2 s from Burisma?

1099s or W2s from the Rosemont Group or any of their subsidiaries?

Because Rosemont is a private firm they do not report their investments or contracts to the SEC

so there are only international banking  transaction records of money flowing from Burisma to Rosemont Seneca for services provided

that ranged from 16K one month to $166K another month.  Good business for the Rosemont partners.

Lumping Rosemont's income from Burisma over a 5 year period

and making the assumption that it was all Hunter Biden's income is absurd.

Did Devon Archer work for free?  Do you have his income records from Burisma or Rosemont?

You don't have to think about it at all. The "Lefts" constituents ARE gullible ! Throw the word "FREE" or "IMPEACH" Trump out there, and the "Lefts" constituents will fall all over themselves like a Walmart Black Friday Sale !

"The question is," Giuliani asked, "when Biden and Obama saw that article, about how the son was pulling down money from the most crooked oligarch in Russia, did Obama call Biden in and say, 'Joe, how could you be doing this?'"

So they've got nothing. This is pure and unadulterated conjecture no different than assuming without evidence that Hillary had Seth Rich killed or was running a pizza parlor sex ring.

All they have is "Hunter Biden had a job!" and "His dad was VP and went golfing with he and some other business people". While the Republicans uselessly flail around trying to prove some wrongdoing by a past administration, the evidence is building of their own very corrupt actions right now in this administration.

No, they need to hold an investigation to prove there is nothing. If Biden has nothing to fear if he has nothing to hide; so he should welcome an open investigation into everything Biden.

Don't worry, they only promise to hire the more voracious Trump supporters they can find to conduct the investigation. Using the full power and financial backing of the US government to coerce testimony from anyone remotely associated with Biden. Spying to be done as much as needed using whatever FISA judge they can find to sign the warrants.

Sound good?

I don't know what country you are from, but that's not how it works in America.

You need probable cause to start an investigation since, criminally wise, you are innocent until proven guilty.  Golfing with someone is NOT probably cause.

You need probable cause to start an investigation

All these Trump sycophants need is a random rumor from a Russian media propaganda outlet like RT to get picked up and spun by Breitbart and then Fox News and you have millions of Fox viewers believing whatever Putin wants them to believe. That's why a Trump fan moron with an assault rifle showed up at a pizza parlor demanding to see the basement that didn't exist. They don't need probable cause, just right wing rumor and conjecture. We have the Mueller report with 10 clear counts of Trump obstructing justice and Republicans proclaim that you can't obstruct if there's no underlying crime found, even though that is the very purpose of obstruction, to stop anyone from finding the underlying crime. We have a transcript detailing Trumps request for a foreign government to investigate one of Trumps political opponents while he was hanging military funding over their heads. But Republicans see it as a valid fishing expedition because everything from Obama must have been corrupt in their minds, no facts, no evidence, just their "gut" telling them something must have been nefarious. The other part of what Trump wanted them to look into is trying to disprove the evidence our intelligence community gathered proving Russia was behind the DNC hack and release of embarrassing stolen emails during the campaign. Trump is desperate to remove the sanctions that were put in place by a bi-partisan super majority for Russian meddling in the election so if Trump can get Ukraine to undermine the evidence and claim it may have come from somewhere else, even if it were pro-Russian Ukrainians, it would allow him to declare the sanctions invalid so he can give his puppet master Putin exactly what he wants.

So don't kid yourself, there are many Trump supporters who simply don't give a damn about the rule of law, they only care about beating Democrats and will do anything it takes to make that happen even if it means lying, cheating and extorting foreign government to capitulate. The Trump administration is nothing but an organized crime family trying to protect their own interests, they don't give a shit about America or the American people so they have no intention of following the rule of law.

The biggest mystery seems to by why some of them are so ignorant of American laws?  Everybody in America knows that, criminally speaking, you are innocent until proven guilty.  Yet some of these pro-Trump commentators appear totally ignorant of that basic knowledge.
